Helpfully and very kind staff!!!

Cons:

You need to do something to the exterior wall to keep the cockroaches out of the bathroom when the fan is off. Install a metallic mesh/screen with small slits in front of it.
I turned on the fan of the bathroom the whole time even when I wasn't in the room. So the cockroaches couldn't come in.

one word. Nightmare

nothing, as much as i try to be nice... can't find something good to say

from the begining, hotel have no entrance, was a shared building staf ask for passport not even said good morning, requested deposit in cash (the booking was paid in full online) I requested the room to be reviewed for cleaning because I was coming from a surgery, sheets were dirty, with (stained yellow folding marks) room paint was bad, places in wall not painted, humidity all near baseboard, closet shelf broken, bathroom with piping outside the walls, not clean (obviously not sanitized), the list can go, on and on, this is not only to request a refund, booking.com should never list a place like this. obviously any of my request and complains fall in the forgoten bag.
