Ein Hotel wie man es sich wünscht!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist hervorragend und vielfältig. Es gibt eine große Saunalandschaft und einen schönen Pool. Alles ist perfekt!

Rundum alles perfekt, nur zu empfehlen
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem einfach alles gestimmt hat! Das Essen war hervorragend und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die durchweg freundlichen, aufmerksamen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter – hier fühlt man sich als Gast wirklich willkommen.
Auch das Ambiente ist etwas ganz Besonderes: liebevoll gestaltet, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der großzügige Wellnessbereich lädt wunderbar zum Entspannen und Erholen ein und macht den Aufenthalt perfekt.
Unser einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: In den Zimmern gibt es keine Klimaanlage, wodurch es insbesondere bei warmen Temperaturen sehr heiß werden kann.
Ansonsten können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Da evitare d’estate perché è vecchio senza aria condizionata per cui si dorme in stanze molto calde con le finestre aper

È bella la SPA ma l’idromassaggio era rotto.

Cons:

Pessima gestione. Senza aria condizionata e con un solo ventilato per tutti gli ospiti che ne chiedevano uno. Si dorme per forza con le finestre aperte ma non essendoci le zanzariere entrano insetti. Da evitare assolutamente d’estate.

Herziges Hotel, nette Bedienung.

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Unsere Zimmer war zur Strasse. Es war laut, um 5 Uhr Morgens kommt die Müllabfuhr, richtig Laut. Auch sonst direkt eine Haus vis a vis man schaut direkt an. Einfach recht laut. Keine Mosquitonetze. Man kann das Zimmer nicht verdunkeln. Man hat zwar später mit montier vorhänger verdunkelt. Dann war komplett dunkel. Die Sonne knallt voll in das Zimmer. Es wird dann ziemlich heiss.

Ya conocia el hotel de otras ocasiones, tiene un 10 en todo, personal, calidad, ubicacion, excelente cocina, instalaciones, medicina ayurveda, etc etc, es como estar en casa, siempre un lugar donde volver es un deseo.

Durante il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel cinque stelle siamo stati trattati con una cura davvero rara. Ogni dettaglio, dall’accoglienza al servizio in camera, è stato impeccabile. Le camere erano luminose, silenziose e curate in ogni particolare, con una pulizia che superava le aspettative.
Il personale è sempre stato disponibile e attento senza mai risultare invadente, creando un senso di comfort immediato.

La ristorazione è stata straordinaria: piatti preparati con grande tecnica, ingredienti di altissimo livello e presentazioni degne di un vero ristorante di lusso. Ogni cena sembrava una piccola esperienza gastronomica.

E per non parlare della zona spa: un ambiente pensato per il relax assoluto, con spazi curati, atmosfera calma e trattamenti che ci hanno davvero rigenerati. Un angolo perfetto per staccare completamente.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno impeccabile. Un luogo che consiglierei a chi cerca un’esperienza di livello superiore.

Cons:

Se ci fosse da aggiungere un piccolo suggerimento, riguarda solo la piscina esterna: l’avremmo preferita leggermente più calda, così da poter restare fuori più a lungo ad ammirare il paesaggio e la neve. Per il resto, non ci sarebbe davvero nulla da segnalare: un soggiorno impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto.
