The staff was brilliant and always smiling and very helpful,I'm never disappointed with everything the hotel provides,and I must also mention the cleaning staff on a great job on cleaning my room..
Having no Aircon which would've helped more than a fan apart from that nothing else..
The rooms are great overlooking the golf course near big trees. Staff are excellent, very friendly and a credit to the hotel.
Front needs a facelift, lift needs sorting. Breakfast coms need sorting out - mine was forgotten and I had to leave for work!

Where do I start … dirty room, dirty walls, splashes and marks up them. Stayed during a heatwave and the bathroom towel rail was on full blast and apparently unable to be turned off according to the staff. It was unbearable. It was also broken with wires hanging out. I was there for 3 nights, reported it as soon as I’d checked in, and no-one even came to look at it. The lift also broke and I was multiple floors up, which in a heatwave in a building with no air con really wasn’t fun.
Convenient location - having a balcony with a view over the golf course was a bonus especially in the hot weather.

I loved the size of the rooms and the location was perfect for me. All staff I spoke to were lovely polite and tried their best to help me
Unfortunately I had white stains on the bed throw, a broken balcony door that wouldn’t lock and my sink was broken too. The hallway and rooms smell very damp and musky. The second room everything worked perfectly but smelled even worse than the other

The £100 charge just in case , feel that you tap your card then if anything had to be added taken of your card , the reception knows when you leave if theres any extras⁸
Room too hot
We slept well, bed was ok. Hotel looked much nicer inside which was a pleasant surprise and there was plenty of parking.
No AC in this heat was kinda rough, we did have a fan but it circulates the warm air, thankfully it cooled down the evenings we stayed.
The £100 hold fee was difficult to get back. Different staff gave different information or misleading information.
Staff were fantastic. Lovely meal on Saturday night.
