Cons:

Our main disappointment was the pool which is actually open to everyone (including for non hotel guests) so it was very crowded and loud the whole time (including when you want to have breakfast/dinner). As a result, the room was too expensive for a hotel of this standard.

Nice facilities but bad administration
Pros:

Staff is in general polite and helpful. Rooms have a good size and are clean. Location is good for visiting all downtown attractions.

Cons:

The hotel hosts events with very loud music until very late (1 am) which was disrupting even for me at the 5th floor. I was appalled that they would host an event with such loud music in a place where people are paying to sleep!
Another very annoying thing that happened was the fact that I arrived in my room at 3 pm after a day out and the room hadn't been cleaned. At 3:30 a cleaning lady came and wanted me to leave the room so she could clean it! She was very insistent and it was a very uncomfortable situation. there needs to be better internal management.

Buena ubicación y amabilidad
Pros:
