Not horrible but not great
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights. The room only had 2 bath towels to begin with. The day before we left I had requested for our towels to be restocked. It never happened I ended up going down to the front desk myself and asking for some. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to get more from the front desk. I even asked a housekeeper that was just outside our room. She said she didnt have any on her cart and tried offering me a box of kleenex. Sunday morning they ran out of paper plates in the breakfast area, most of the seating in the breakfast area are loose and could use some tightening

Do NOT stay here!!
Pros:

They serve bfast until 10am and check out is at noon.

Cons:

A pipe burst at 9pm and other than the water being turned back on for 15 mins at 11:15pm, we were completely without water until 5am. There was NOT ONE working toilet, sink, or shower in the hotel. I had to leave and take my children in the middle of the night to the gas station to go to the bathroom. They did NOT even give us bottled water to drink, brush our teeth or wash or hands. It was extremely unsanitary and unhospitable. Water was pouring from the ceiling in the second floor hall. They had a trash can and soaked towels all over the floor. Then, the ice machine made a loud beeping noise for hours, due to it not having water. I told the front desk about this and they couldn't have cared less. The water came on at only a trickle at 5am, so the toilet still would not flush and no one was able to shower. The water finally was fully turned on at 8:30am. That is OVER 11 hrs!! I got ZERO sleep and then, was DENIED any sort of discount or compensation. This treatment was beyond appalling and we will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again!!

Facilities were not on par with other Comfort Inns I have frequented but the staff was great.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK. Good oatmeal. Front staff was awesome. They assisted me on two occasions and were very friendly

Cons:

Maintenance.
