Diamond in the Ruff
Pros:

The rooms are very big and spacious. The food was very delicious and the staff members like Bonolo and Nicolene were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The lack of lifts or escalator is a challenge especially for old people to climb the stairs is an unpleasant experience.

Our Short stay was exceptional!!
Pros:

The whole experience was EXCELLENT!!! :-) :-) :-) The 2 rooms we rented were very luxurious. The Lady and Gentleman who assisted us with :- 1. Booking in 2. Parking in the Hotel Basement 3.Assisting with getting our luggage in our Rooms 4. Serving our Dinner which was exceptional 5. Making sure the Fire in the fireplace was keeping us warm as it was really very cold. WELL DONE

Cons:

The GPS did not take us directly to the Hotel. It did give us a bit of a run-around in the suburbs.
