A very enjoyable stay and lovely staff to complete the beautiful setting and decor.
Pros:

The friendliness and heartwarming effort of the staff to assist in every possible way to make our stay enjoyable was commendable. Breakfast was very enjoyable, even when we took a grab and go 2 mornings, the food was very tasty and freshly prepared.
The dinner we also enjoyed very much. The food was delightful and very well plated and prepared.

I will recommend this hotel to everybody looking for a stayover in Kimberley.

Pros:

Koos is the backbone of the hotel. Helped with carrying of bags, maintenance, was even our waiter during meals. Excellent staff member. Meals were good. Wi-Fi worked well. Water pressure of the shower was great. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Cons:

Our under floor heating was left on (likely by mistake, but was eventually shut off). The aircon could not counter the heat making the room feel quite stuffy. Underground parking is tight.
