Pros:

The view of kandy through the lobby and from the roof top restrudent .The price is excellent for that much that place is worthy of it .

Cons:

The staff was ok but not that much .there are not that much friendly as the other hiteks that l have went .Except that otger things was great.

I had a wonderful stay at Kandy Supreme Hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful views of Kandy. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The location is also very convenient, close to the main attractions. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kandy and would love to stay here again!

Pros:

Habitación en un sótano, oscura no de podía abrir el balcón por los monos, bastante sucio en general, instalaciones descuidadas. Habitación enana con solo una cama doble para 4 personas, tuvimos que pedir colchones a parte.

Bien para una o dos noches
Pros:

La habitación tenía aire acondicionado y estaba limpia. El personal fue muy amable, nos buscó un alquiler de moto y se puede pagar con tarjeta.

Cons:

Tiene terraza y unas vistas muy bonitas, pero te repiten infinitas veces que no abras las puertas porque se cuelan los monos, así que tiene que estar siempre cerrado. El desayuno buffet no es para nada lo que aparece en las fotos. Había noodles, dhal de lentejas, salchichas, pan y fruta. Ya está. Tuvimos que pedirles si por favor nos hacían unos huevos, y nos los hicieron sin problema, pero desde luego que deja mucho que desear. Además, está situado en lo alto de una colina, por lo que no es posible ir andando.

Pros:

Location was nice. Easily accessible from the city. Check-in was quick.

Cons:

It was raining, so the balcony was having water all over. Also, even though there was a note saying the hot water system was solar and takes 5 mins to get it, but we never got hot water :( and it was indeed cold, and we struggled with the kid.
