Cons:

The state of the mattress meant to be a luxury double room .. and it was my engagement just disappointed and only received one night refunded even though I paid 175.00 for 2 night disappointing , definitely won't be staying here again unless I see improvement.. as the breakfast was nice .

Pros:

The location was excellent. Seating outside was lovely. Room looked freshly painted

Cons:

No chair in the room as the room was so small. Lack of info about main switch to shower. No obvious advertisement that there was an extra charge for dogs. (I wasn't charged)

i won’t be staying here again
Pros:

The location was ok. The room was a decent size and a decent layout.

Cons:

curtains hanging off the rail.
extension leads hanging everywhere.
bathroom door handle was loose.
back of the toilet moved when you sat down on it. (wasn’t fastened to the wall)
no hot water for the 2 days while i was there.
brown tape all around the windows.
couldn’t make up my mind up as some of the beds were either hard or soft .
no staff at the bar.
no house keeping.
WON’T BE RETURNING!!

Pros:

Nice friendly staff. Clean rooms, continental breakfast was value for money. I paid for a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, the room consisted of twin beds and 1 double bed, room was a bit cramped but ok for 1night.

Cons:

Although clean it is very dated and needs a bit of TLC. Unfortunately, you can hear floorboards creaking throughout the hotel, especially in our bathroom and you can hear the rooms either side. I paid for a sea view for our room and one single room for my sister,however, it should be described as partial sea view. Although I wouldn't stay here again, if you are looking for basic and cheap then this would be fine.

Pros:

It was quite a reasonable continental breakfast the location out of town was not as bad as I'd expected because there is a good bus service on the road parallel to the promenade. While I'm fairly mobile the stairs might be a problem for some older people

Pros:

Location was perfect, we were there to celebrate a family birthday.
Hotel was clean and very quiet, staff were great, friendly and hospitable. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mine, can't fault it. It was perfect for 1 night's stay.

Really enjoyed Llandudno, and the hotel was nice. I would stay here again.
Pros:

The room was nice. It had everything required.
The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of storage.
The hotel is in a quiet area, right on the sea front.

Cons:

It’s quite a walk away from the centre.
The painting could do with a touch up.

Would be worth it at half the cost
Pros:

Fabulous location and very friendly staff. Very good size room.

Cons:

Doors slam, can hear nextdoor room and above room very easily, squeeky bed (even turning over made a huge noise), bathroom painted quickly and carelessly.
No one at the bar to order drinks (turns out they were sat outside). Uncomfortable matress.
Upgraded to 'deluxe room ' specifically for sea view but, it was a side view only.
