The bathroom was too small for me.
The hotel breakfast was a nice continental style with the option of some eggs in the nice compact bar. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was just about the right size and the bed was nice and comfortable. We had a kettle with tea/coffee available. The view from the room was lovely. A nice view from Orme to Orme. We chose the location to be able to have a nice walk into town & explore an area of LLandudno we'd not explored properly before. We were happy with our choice.
The shower was not great, the wardrobe was a bit wonky, but both functional. We didn't complain about these to the hotel, as they were both functional enough to not cause any issues. Through chatting to the staff, we found that they are slowly renovating the hotel after it had been closed for 4 years previously. Hopefully these little things will get taken care of going forwards. So again with this in mind we didn;t feel there was enough to complain about & we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is a bit of a walk into town but, I discovered shops and a café I had never seen or used before. Also beach and promenade are just across the road. Paid for parking on the prom but free parking on the side roads.
Nice, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel. All I wanted and needed for my stay.
Breakfast is 'Continental' style which suited me as I am NOT a 'full English' breakfast person. Although they do offer cooked eggs as an option.
All in all I would recommend and I would stay again.

Right on the beach, a small business block with shops and restaurants just behind the premise.
Rooms could use some updating and cleaning, i.e. carpet, mattress, chair, and nightstand

The view was amazing, staff was very helpful and welcoming. Comfortable bed and clean room. Lovely breakfast. Customer service very good.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, and the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The nearby beach was also beautiful and made the trip even better.

asked for ground floor for my elderly mother. which was provided. But room has a step in the floor which isnt too easy for a 96 year old in middle of night

The room was very large , only one chair to sit on when really for a,double roon there should be,two . No rubber no slim bath mat to use,when you shower

The heat in the room. Unable to turn radiator off due to it being on a timer. The shower pressure was very weak.
