The hotel was in a perfect location with beautiful sea views and easy access to the promenade and local attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe and secure. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. The manager was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly.

The Price the bed was clean but the room was not the bathroom was clean but the flooring was not fitted properly so made the tiny room look tatty
The room was small but it was a single so ok the curtains were not attached properly to the curtain rail and the net curtain not attached correctly

Hotel room . Family room layout was disjointed. No room to get in and out bathroom . Climbing over bed to get to window / wardrobe. Only 3 in room not 4 would be too crowded.
Had to move a bedside table as kids kepy banging selves in door to make room.
Windows in my room didnt lock shut so wind woke us up. Same in family member room had e windows the same. Fire doors left open with door stops at night. Wasnt for us.
Rubbish in hotel bins not moved for days in room and out side in communal areas that you can see.

Shower curtain rail fell down , rooms all a little tired and need work on them.

The staff were more than helpful and polite.
(Not the fault of the hotel) I didn't check,the location ( for me ) was too distant from the centre ( I have mobility issues) Also ( my fault again ) I was on the 1st floor and had difficulty with the stairs and I couldn' t use the shower because of the lip on the shower basin ( I have a wet room )
Lovely hotel and felt very safe, we had a brilliant sea view from the side window of the room! Couldn't get over the great sunset views at night. Very central location.
Only a small thing but the handle on the inside of the bathroom sliding door was missing and it looked like the furniture had recently been re-painted.
Staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and approachable. Dogs were allowed and our dog had the best time. Is right at the end ny the childrens lido so much quieter than main area. Great shops and places to get food from literally just behind the hotel.
We were in family room 11. The double bed was broken and absolutely rock hard to sleep on. One of the single bed bases were too small for the matress. The bathroom was dirty and rust on everything, the showers curtain was mouldy. They have just put covers on the bottom bed bases to hide the age and dirtiest beds I've ever seen. Pillows had brown sweat stains on. The curtains were ALL hanging off the rail. I felt dirty taking a shower. The windows were absolutely filthy. Not enough physical seats out the front of hotel to accommodate all visitors.
It's a nice, well-maintained hotel. The rooms are renovated, with new floors, Smart TVs, and new hairdryers in the drawer. The receptionist was very nice this morning and yesterday afternoon. Breakfast was delicious.
If I had to complain, it would be to change the pillows becouse was a stink. The covers are clean, but I suspect the pillows haven't been replaced in a while. The bathroom floor is also unhygienic and old. Other than that, it's a nice place.
The location of the hotel was very convenient for the transport show. The hotel is situated away from the main high street of the town, and the fun fair, which can be very nosey at that time of year.
It was clean and tidy.
