Tiny rooms. Difficult to navigate, especially if you have mobility issues like I have.
Mostly everything. I told the lady at the front desk that I was a 100% disabled veteran with walking and balance issues. Apparently, she didn't care. I was given a room far from the elevators and the end of the hall on the 7th floor. Ice and vending services are in the basement. The room is tiny, no closet, no dresser, one small table and a chair, which is almost impossible to access, and a small bathroom. It was very difficult for me to navigate around the bed.
Terrific hotel for a business trip with easy access to DCA via Metro across the street. Outstanding staff were professional and helpful in every interaction. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable; the white noise machine was a nice feature given the in city environment. Outstanding location for walking to sights and museums allowed me to maximize the free time that I had.
Lovely stay, Whit was so wonderful! She made me smile right away and was so kind and helpful and fun!
Always a great experience at the DC Motto. Desk Agent, Marcus, did a wonderful job greeting & making me feel comfortable. The other negative experience is the parking situation - valet expensive for on night.
Great stay! Awesome location! Earic was awesome!
We had a great time! Perfect location close to major attractions and rooms were nice. I cannot recommend Lizeth form the front desk enough! She was very informative of the surrounding areas and was a great help to us. She truly made the experience wonderful.
Great location, close to metro and bus stop, and within walking distance to major attractions.
Room is very clean and comfortable, convenient and everything in good condition.
Staffs are super friendly and helpful (big thank you to Lizeth!), helped me with the membership sign-up, early check-in and everything.
What a great welcome to DC. After a quick but VERY warm walk from the metro; Marcus and front desk team greeted me warmly. My efficient accommodations were clean and well maintained.
Great location, good staff, comfortable beds.
The cost was quite high for a hotel that was cutting back on amenities. I hated not having a kettle or coffee pot in the room. The roof bar looked great, but wasn't open the times I wanted to go there.
Расположение отеля очень удобное , центр , чистота
Слишком тесный номер , для двоих очень мало места, воды не дали
Het personeel was het beste vooral Richard
Eigenlijk beviel alles geen negatieve punten
Very nice place to stay - great location for the price.
Nice and clean. Restaurants were an excellent experience. Staff was very helpful especially Marcus while we were checking out. We will be back.
The rooms are super small which I knew that they don't have any light coffee pots or anything in here. You can make your own coffee and they do charge $100 a night for incidentals so I mean they said I would get it back tomorrow but really for such a small room with nothing in the room. It's kind of ridiculous for them to make you pay an extra $100 per night for incidentals because what incidentals could there be?.

You can make your own coffee and they do charge $100 a night for incidentals. they said I would get it back tomorrow but really for such a small room with nothing in the room. It's kind of ridiculous for them to put a hold on an extra $100 per night for incidentals.
So like if you stay for two nights and your room is $289 be prepared to give them $489 at check-in and then after you check out within 24 hours you'll get that money back but just plan because I did not and it did kind of mess up my time with my niece and I'm really not happy about it and I probably will not come back. It's in a it's close to everything, but it's really not a great location. If you're not used to seeing people sleeping on the streets, I mean literally sleeping on the streets. I would not stay at this location.
