Nice place to stay..
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel is super: nearby metros and at the beginning of avenida paulista which on sundays and Holliday's has many attractions. Mall across the road, resturants bakeries drugstores nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only thing i disliked was the entrance of the bathroom but even so I highly recommend this hotel .

I servizi igienici poco funzionali secondo le mie esperienze, gli infissi un po' approssimativi, la posizione dei lavandini poco funzionale per le pulizie, la mancanza di un ascensore per le valige, l'assenza di armadi nelle stanze

Preço justo, localização excelente, mas quarto individual não recomendo!

Localização fantástica, limpeza do quarto e do hotel e simpatia das funcionárias.

Cons:

O quarto individual consta que possui 9m², mas talvez possua uns 5m² no máximo, ou seja, é muito menor. Não fornecem toalha de rosto. O banheiro, quando vc tomar banho, não poderá usar o vaso, pois vai molhar tudo, pois não há cortina no box, por ser minúsculo o mesmo! Apesar do preço cobrado, é bom pensar bem nisso, antes de reservar esse quarto individual.

Barulho nos quartos próximos à recepção. Atendentes e hóspedes conversam na maior altura a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite. Difícil demais dormir ou descansar.

Bom valor mas com problemas.

- Bom custo benefício.
- Maioria dos funcionários são simpáticos.
- Café da manhã razoável.

- Colchão duro
- Não limparam/arrumaram o quarto de um dia pro outro
- Funcionários rindo gritando de madrugada do lado dos quartos. Impossível de dormir nessas condições.
- Quarto com janela dando pra outro quarto.
- Luz branca.
- Banheiro sem blindex. Um plástico só não impede água de vazar. Acaba caindo água no chão todo. E, de novo, como não houve limpeza de um dia pro outro, voltava pro quarto ainda nessas condições.

Hotel muito bem localizado, muito próximo a duas estações de metrô.
Equipe muito atenciosa, esforçada para atender pedidos fora do padrão e muito educada. Fui muito bem tratado e me senti bem acomodado.
