Cons:

Everything about the hotel was disappointing. It would be best for the owner to either remove the hotel from Booking.com or update the information and photos to reflect the actual condition of the property. The environment is extremely dirty and far below a healthy or acceptable standard.

What I saw online before making the reservation was completely different from what I met upon arrival. The condition of the hotel forced me to quickly cancel my booking and leave immediately to search for another hotel to stay in.

I booked my room a month in advance, but upon arrival I was informed that the room was no longer available. I was subsequently required to pay extra for an executive room, which was quite disappointing. I expected better reservation management and customer service.
