Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade für ein Zimmer mit Terrasse und Blick auf Schloss Neuschwanstein bekommen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant war vorzüglich!

虽然是个古老的酒店，但是维护的不错，早餐晚餐的味道也挺好，但是早餐服务人员讲的话实在听不懂，要几个盘子，直到晚餐结束也没拿来

Eccezionale!
Pros:

La posizione è eccellente, di fronte vi è la strada che conduce al castello di Neuschwanstein mentre a pochi minuti a piedi vi è il lago. Il personale è super disponibile e gentile. C’è possibilità di parcheggio gratuito, fondamentale per chi viaggia in macchina. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, abbiamo provato solo la colazione e ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Perfect location
Pros:

Hotel was in the perfect location for visiting the castles. Nearby lake made for a great afternoon cooldown after touring the castles. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, they allowed us to keep our car parked in the lot after check out so we could tour the castles and spend some time at the lake. Breakfast was fantastic.

Cons:

Lack of AC would be the only negative, but the weather was abnormally warm during our visit so not really a fault, a fan was provided and helped substantially.

Pros:

Hotel molto curato, pulito e in ottima posizione per raggiungere i castelli.
La camera era molto ampia e con bagno grande con finestra. Molto confortevole.
Colazione di qualità. Personale molto gentile.
Abbiamo cenato nella veranda con vista sul castello.
Pietanze ottime.
Da consigliare.

A Stay Worth Every Bit of it...
Pros:

There is not much I can share to give everyone at Muller Hotel the right description as everyone we encountered is just amazing and helpful. The front reception are so sweet. The restaurant staff are so helpful and well mannered especially Alexander during dinner. The welcome drink at the reception and the complimentary drinks at the restaurant are another sign of the hotel and staff generosity. Thank you everyone we encountered during our stay.

Cons:

The hotel did not have any air-conditioning in any of the rooms and unfortunately the whole region had a terrible heat wave, however, every room was equipped with fans which made a little difference. However, this will not stop me of considering Muller Hotel on my next visit to the region.

Wenn man die schönen Königsschlösser in Schwangau besichtigen möchte , gibt es für eine Übernachtung nur eine Option. Das Hotel Müller Beste Lage , direkte Parkmöglichkeit, Ausblick von der Suite direkt auf Neuschwanstein, ausgesprochen persönlicher, freundlicher Service! Top!

Stunning location making the stay special
Pros:

Couldn’t be a better location. To sit for dinner with stunning view of the castle was magical. Reception staff very helpful. For a big hotel, which isn’t usually my choice, this had a personal feel. Parking was easy & free. Dogs welcome & were supplied with beds & bowls. Walking round the lake was so impressive make sure you go fr enough you can look back & get both castles together in a photo - stunning

Cons:

Only criticism was the restaurant menu was limited throughout all courses. We ate at 7.30pm, served our starter & had almost finished before the wine arrived, & yes we had already reminded them. When it came to dessert there was only one choice as the chef had finished for the day. We certainly weren’t the last guests to go for dinner. On the plus side dogs were welcome in the restaurant & there was plenty of space.
