Das Frühstück war Aussergewöhnlich und das Frühstückspersonal super! Selten isst man in einem Hotel so guten Frühstück!

Cons:

Ich werde meine Kritik hier abgeben, die ich auch am Hotel schriftlich gegeben habe. Für das Superior Zimmer habe ich für eine Nacht 341 Euro bezahlt. Ich war in Erwartung, das ich dafür auch eine Gegenleistung angemessen zum Preis erhalte. Nach der Reklammation wurden mir 100 Euro Zurückerstattet.

Meine Kritikpunkte:

1. Alte Sanitäranlagen, rechtes Waschbecken spritzt Wasser, linkes Waschbecken Stöpsel funktionierte nicht (musste ich provisorisch reparieren)
2. Badewanne dreckig, mit dem Finger kann man Ablagerungen abziehen
3. WC dreckig
4. Keine Kaffeelöffel, sondern nur Holzstäbchen
5. Billiger Abfalleimer
6. 2 Einzelbetten, kein Doppelbett und Matratze durchgelegen
7. Im Schlafzimmer keine funktionierenden Storen vorhanden, oder gar keine Storen
8. Vorhang zum Verdunkeln im Schlafzimmer ist aus dünnem Material, dunkelt nicht ab
9. Schlafzimmer Sichtschutz-Vorhang und Vorhangstange sind bei der Bedienung heruntergefallen.
10. Im ganzen Zimmer: Wenn es Fensterläden hat, sind diese in sehr schlechtem Zustand und schwer zu bedienen.
11. Keine Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse zu anderen Hotelgästen.
12. Man hört die Heizung, wenn sie läuft.
13. Generell alt für den gezahlten Preis, keine Minibar, keine Klimaanlage, TV sehr alt, keine Möglichkeit, z.B. Netflix zu nutzen.
14. Hätte für den Preis einen besseren Parkplatz mit Ladestation erwartet. Zu wenig Parkplätze für Hotelgäste, zu eng.
15. Beim Check-in wurde der Wunsch des Gastes, nur zu parken und zu laden, nicht wahrgenommen, weil ein Termin für die Führung im Schloss Neuschwanstein bestand.
Stattdessen musste Gast einchecken, und mit der Ladestation beim Nachbarhotel war es sehr kompliziert. Es wurden Vorschläge gegeben, beim Tesla Supercharger zu laden, mit falschem Wissen, z.B. dass man bei Tesla mit dem Fahrzeug kostenlos laden könne. Das stimmt nicht für alle Fahrzeuge, und das weiss der Kunde besser.

Es wäre besser gewesen, das Halbwissen nicht zu verbreiten und eines Besseren zu belehren.

Perfect stay
Pros:

It's a great location, with its own parking. The room and bathroom are large and extremely comfortable. And so are the bed and pillow. I got sick with something I ate in France, just before I arrived here, so during the whole stay I was sick. The staff of the hotel was absolutely helpful in everything we needed, and the staff of the restaurant also cooked specially for us, since the doctor (after a tele medicine consult) prescribed what I could eat and what I couldn't eat. It was so comfortable I was practically feeling home.

Location! We get to view the 2 castles all the time during our stay in Hotel Muller!
What a wonderful experience, feels almost magical.
The room was great, the views were amazing and breakfast was the best!

Pros:

Super Lage, zentral in Hohenschwangau. Man kann fußläufig alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Wir waren mit Hund da und haben nichts zu bemängeln. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet in sehr guter Qualität. Auch das Restaurant des Hotels kann man zum Abendessen empfehlen.

Location, room 62 was an amazing suite with Castle views. Great food in the restaurant.

Cons:

Didn’t have Netflix or Prime, considering the prestige of the hotel and suite with two TV’s but unable to watch anything.
