We will highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to new Schwein Stein Castle
Pros:

Our room was absolutely fantastic. They upgraded us to the best balcony and largest balcony in the hotel. The location could not have been more central to the two castles that we wanted to see. The beautiful lake was also great for swimming. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and so was the food.

Cons:

There was nothing that we did not like.

Hotel was wonderful for its location and staff was fantastic in answering all our questions .
Pros:

The hotel provided us a room with a direct view of Neuschwanstein castle upon arrival as one was available. A very kind gesture made even without us making that special request. They also provided us window seating in their restaurant for dinner during our stay that again provided us a view of the castle enhancing our dining experience.

Dream come true
Pros:

The location was perfect . Staff were wonderful . Loved the rooms .Has been my dream since a child to stay to visit Neuschwanstein Castle and not only did that come true but also staying in a hotel overlooking the castle . Perfect location . Out room had a cute balcony too. Front desk staff were amazing and so accommodating regarding my elderly mother . Breakfast was very good . Would highly recommend

Väl värt ett besök.
Pros:

Området är fantastiskt vackert. Frukosten var riktigt bra och hotellets restaurang bjöd på en trevlig meny. Trevligt med uteservering att nyttja under eftermiddagen. Snabbladdare finns i närheten.
