Staff were very helpful and attentive.
The door leading to rooms banged closed all night and from 5am in the morning. Probably an easy fix.
Pinehurst lodge has a very homely feel and staff are super friendly and it is a great location too when you are attending events at P&J live.
It would be good to have a little bin in the bathroom.
Staff always go the extra mile to make our stays as memorable as possible. We had our first taste of Scottish butteries this time , thank you so much for this lovely tasty experience 🤩. The breakfast is also extraordinary as it is cooked fresh and so tasty and a great selection so everyone was able to enjoy what they like. Although the decor in the room is not as modern it adds to the homely charm of the venue. Pinehurst is our family’s favourite when we are staying over in Aberdeen. It has also a great menu for dinner so do book your table in advance. Another bonus is that the parking is free for hotel guests 😉. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

Brilliant location for us easy walk to train station. Staff we friendly and informative had a very quite stay.

Bedroom was spacious and bed comfy. Tea , coffee and biscuits provided.
Bathroom was wet room . No bath
We were entitled to free breakfast but was told room only .

Too noisy, elecric wall heaters - either too hot or too cold, no thermostat wall control. Noisy during night, alarms going off nearby at 04:00. Paid for breakfast but had to check out before service at 06:00
