Cons:

Manutenção das instalações.
O ar condicionado vibrando muito e fazendo bastante barulho. Torneira do banheiro sem água quente e a janela não fechando direito.

Os funcionários são solícitos, o endereço é ótimo!

Cons:

Ficamos no últimos andar do hotel, extremamente barulhento cada vez que o elevador é acionado, a limpeza poderia ser um pouco mais detalhista, o café da manhã é ok, mas nos dois faltaram pão ou seja coisas essenciais

Consegue fazer muita coisa a pé pelo bairro, atendimento simpático, café da manhã básico, porém, com boa qualidade e tudo muito gostoso. Se você tem ouvido sensível, leve abafador para os ouvidos se pegar os quartos virados para a avenida, se escuta barulho mesmo com tudo fechado.

Localização excelente para minha atividade

Cons:

Acredito que quando a ocupação é alta para um evento, nao custa muita coisa se adequar em 30' a abertura do café da manhã para atender a grande quantidade de pessoas que irão para o evento. Não gostei.
