Everyone and everything was a 10/10
Bed we're comfortable. Excellent bathrooms. Very clean. Bar had excellent service and the kitchen was good. Big portions and good prices. Great fun room. Old school video table with games from the 80s. Even can do 2 player! Front desk people were friendly and helpful. The 2 I had were excellent hires.
Door shut very loud. You can hear every door on your floor close.
This hotel is clean, the rooms are functional, has a gym, has a bar and restaurant. The staff was friendly and met all myneeds. All this at a reasonable price, I will be back.
Parking was very pricey - no discounts for senior citizens (me 65, my wife 69)

Location is perfect if you’re going to an event at U.S. Bank Stadium. The bed is very comfortable and there is a refrigerator. There is access to the skywalk as well.
Horrible parking situation and no valet. There’s no way you should have that little amount of parking and not offer valet especially when you are marketing yourself as the best hotel to stay at for a U.S. Bank activity. Having to walk a block during a heat advisory with luggage is definitely not a vacation or relaxation of any sort. I did not like that. There was only one door on the shower, which means half of it was open and I was cold while I was showering. Again, not relaxing. The staff to check me in was definitely not very friendly and seemed like she was overwhelmed and stressed. It was definitely busy, but I could’ve used more of a smile and a pleasant attitude specially after the stress I had to go through to check in. The price for what is offered is awfully high. Paying almost $300 for one night is diabolical.
The location was convenient!
Not enough parking, the room was 78 degrees and wouldn’t cool off so we had to switch rooms, there was dog hair all over the bed. They have white linen so you could see the black hair all over. The fridge didn’t work and we even tried to unplug it and plug.
This ac did not work it was so hot in the room. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower

The small room
The front desk person helped out tremendously and was very nice, she explained the features of the hotel and the room I booked. We ran into a problem, I needed to book another room for the night got great rate, couldn’t thank the front desk people enough. They even re-reissued a new room key when the keys were left in the room by mistake.

Kept finding long strands of Blond and Brunette hair in the bathroom and bed. I’m not caucasian.
I give this hotel 4.5 stars. I stayed here for over a week to volunteer for the Special Olympics USA games.
The location is ideal. It is about 2 blocks to the metro. It's about 2 blocks to Trader Joe's. It's near a lot of restaurants.
The hotel seems to be recently updated. There are no dressers or luggage racks. It's very modern. No Bible ( which I like).
The bed is comfortable. There is a small refrigerator in what looks to be a closet. There is a microwave in the hallway. There is a small coffee maker.
The shower is very modern. The water pressure didn't seem good. I might not have adjusted right. The shampoo was terrible, so bring your own.
Housekeeping is daily. The housekeepers come after noon. Sometimes I was in the room at that time.
There is a ping pong table downstairs. There is a restaurant in the hotel but it's mainly open on weekends.
The hotel was very quiet. It's really a great place to stay.
Went with my younger sister. We had an absolute great time. Clean and friendly environment. The room with the view of downtown was beautiful. Will definitely stay again.
