Location is perfect if you’re going to an event at U.S. Bank Stadium. The bed is very comfortable and there is a refrigerator. There is access to the skywalk as well.
Horrible parking situation and no valet. There’s no way you should have that little amount of parking and not offer valet especially when you are marketing yourself as the best hotel to stay at for a U.S. Bank activity. Having to walk a block during a heat advisory with luggage is definitely not a vacation or relaxation of any sort. I did not like that. There was only one door on the shower, which means half of it was open and I was cold while I was showering. Again, not relaxing. The staff to check me in was definitely not very friendly and seemed like she was overwhelmed and stressed. It was definitely busy, but I could’ve used more of a smile and a pleasant attitude specially after the stress I had to go through to check in. The price for what is offered is awfully high. Paying almost $300 for one night is diabolical.

The small room
This ac did not work it was so hot in the room. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower
The location was convenient!
Not enough parking, the room was 78 degrees and wouldn’t cool off so we had to switch rooms, there was dog hair all over the bed. They have white linen so you could see the black hair all over. The fridge didn’t work and we even tried to unplug it and plug.

Kept finding long strands of Blond and Brunette hair in the bathroom and bed. I’m not caucasian.

It was very noisy, and I couldn’t sleep because of all the disturbance. There was also no special service available over the phone.

The proximity was close the the venue I was going to.
Sometimes the entry cards didn’t work well and had to get activated a few times.

Guest service. Terrible guest service from front desk staff. They didn’t want to do their job at all.
So close to the Armory, iykyk. Nice, decently priced parking garage close by, nice clean bathroom, loved the shower with a rain feature. Big, city view windows, friendly staff and comfortable beds.
