Lo malo que yo hice la reservación para 4 adultos y 2 niños y al parecer las habitaciones solo pueden alojar 5 dijeron que booking mandó que era un niño de 2 años yo especifiqué las edades al final me dieron otro cuarto porque dijeron que n los cuartos solo eran 5 personas incluidos niños lo otro dijeron que no me iban a cobrar extra pero en la madrugada me intentaron cobrar 4 veces el depósito y la habitación pero no pudieron me dijeron que ellos no sabían nada pero lo cierto que intentaron cobrar mi recomendación si llevas 4 adultos y niños de más de 5 años asegúrate que puedan estar los 6 en el cuarto para que no estropeen tu estancia

Kick back afternoon was nice, and I'm sure breakfast would have been also but I had a breakfast with family scheduled. Service was great and staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.
The cars racing up and down the road like the fast and furious at 2-4am. Charlotte PD should be contacted by Drury executives, and plan put in place to eliminate this issue. I am sure as a huge taxpayer in Charlotte, they would support helping to eliminate this issue for your patrons.It is the only downside to Drury.
Friendly staff, clean, comfy bed, late night kitchen
Everything was great
I inspected as soon as we got our room and noticed immediately the room is not clean as it seems. The headboard on the beds was covered in dust. The curtains in the rooms was stained. Other items in the room were covered in dust too. The bathroom was the most unclean. I had some cleaning stuff on me and double cleaned everything. As I was cleaning I noticed there were still hairs on the bathtub and on the shower curtain. Overall that said to me more than I needed to know. Considering how many different people come and go from a hotel, proper cleaning of the rooms should be a high priority and done very thoroughly regardless how many stars a hotel has. Especially for families traveling with children, they shouldn’t have to worry about this.
The other amenities at the hotel were there but don’t really recommend. The first day we arrived I got a room on the 6 floor. I noticed how hot the room was when we checked in. Mind you that particular day it was 90 degree outside. We had to wait for over 5 hours for the AC to get fixed and to work. The indoor pool smelled heavily like Bleach. The day we arrived we wanted to go to the pool and there was a gecko inside the pool. I immediately informed someone at the front desk about. The included breakfast and afternoon special was palatable. Noticing how the quality of the hotel was I didn’t expect much at all. And I wasn‘t disappointed more. The staff on the other hand are really great and working very hard. I wish the quality of the staff would reflect the same as the rooms and as the hotel. This was a first and the last with this hotel.
