This was a wonderful experience
Pros:

It was Great! We will stay at Drury again!
Pros:

My husband has a power chair and was able to access all areas of our accessible room with ease. We were even able to locate a wall outlet to charge his chair! Also, The staff made sure he was comfortable at meals with seating.

Cons:

They needed another person to keep food fresh at breakfast.

Great stay! This is our second visit and if we are going to the area again we will book here!

They are literally the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever had. Every single employee was so friendly. From the front desk, to housekeeping , to the people in charge of breakfast!

Great area and hotel to use for a quick getaway.
Pros:

When we arrived a bus load of students were checking in. We were roomed far from the crowd. The halls were quiet.

The young lady that checked us in gave us recommendations for how to get to and from the concert and restaurant recommendations.

Cons:

The guy at the front desk Monday July 20th. He was impersonal and short.

Overall the hotels was great. I came down to my father funeral.

Amenities. Offers more than other chains for food drinks ...great complimentary breakfast and kickback menu options. Loved the chance to relax with drinks on the house heated jacuzzi and indoor/outdoor pool
The kitchen and bar and buffet staff were very friendly and Busy..no idle hands there! The host staff was friendly and professional even though my check-in experience was not as expected.
The lady in housekeeping on sat was friendly, smiled and greeted guests. However, sunday morning a separate lady was visibly irritated with waiting for guests to enter or exit the elevator while waiting to enter with towel trolley

Cons:

Phoned customer service day before arrival to request early check-in, was assured the request had been entered. Arrived at hotel at 1 pm, front desk attendant indicated early check-in visible but room not ready,return in 1/2hr. I returned at 2pm, different front desk attendant stated there was no early check-in request in system and room not ready return in @ 30 min or so. My party waited in lobby until 245 pm [check in at 3 pm]. I waited at desk for 10 min for other guests to complete check-in, room still not ready. Had to take lower floor. I had king suite with sofa bed, the bedding in the storage bag in the closet was stained and wadded up inside bag. The mattress cover on sofa bed was unclean. We were not able to use that bedding and other member of party forced to rest on king bed with rest of guests. I did leave this bedding on the dumb waiter with a note for housekeeping that it was unclean.
The microwave had food waste inside and was still on a 30 second cook cycle. And the small fridge underneath was coated with a grease substance particularly in the handle at top and front of door ...seem to be grease from microwave. No trash can liners in containers..I would think there would be to prevent bacterial contamination.
