Good location. Needs more attention to cleanliness and maintenance.
Pros:

Quiet convenient location

Cons:

The carpet was wet by AC. Hallways were dirty. Fabric on Couches in lobby was flaking off. One of the beds in room 310 had a huge indention on one side.

Laundry facilities were great, along with the small kitchen amenities

Cons:

The garbage can had a Chipotle bag from a previous stay in it upon check in. The faux leather on the recliner was peeling.

The staff was not flexible when asked for a late check out leading to an 11 hour day at the airport

Good location, but need to replace some mattresses

Cons:

The mattress had a huge whole as if it is really old and worn down. It was not comfortable to sleep at all. Front desk people some were really nice and some moody

Pros:

Normally, when I stay overnight, I'd like to have breakfast at the hotel. It's a surprise that they didn't offer this service. Even for pay it!

Pros:

The room was clean

Cons:

We got there at for to check and was told the room would be ready in 15 minutes. Mind tou check was at 3. We didnt get to check in until 530 bc the room still was not ready. So we had to check and rush to get dressed to get to our event

Concert stay
Pros:

We stayed a night for a concert and was very happy with how our stay went! Typically I have a hard time sleeping in hotels but everything was great. Not far from downtown but far enough that its nice and quiet. It really feels like home away from home.

Room wasn’t very clean, was very very humid and hard to get at a decent temperature. Room had a nasty smell to it.
