Location, rooftop view and pricing - WORTH IT.
Pros:

The location was perfect, near iconic places, walkable, and especially for rolling around luggage. It's right beside Asakusa Station, with the elevator to the station super accessible. The rooftop view was one of the biggest highlights. WORTH IT! Literally we wanted to complain about room size but the moment we went to the rooftop and saw the river and the skyline from up there we were more like "Oh yeah! I'll take a small room any day with this view." The staff is very helpful and kind. The place is overall super clean and very quiet. Honestly it was exactly what we needed.

Cons:

Rooms are pretty tight, but honestly as a solo traveler it was fine. The bathtub/shower was rough to get into on a daily because of how high it was. My short legs struggled lol.

スタッフの方々の対応、屋上の開放感が良い
Pros:

スタッフの方々がみなさんとても親切でした。家族の荷物を1人で運んでいると手伝ってくださいました。型通りの機械的な対応ではなく、自然な感じが良いかったです。
屋上の眺め開放感が気持ちよかったです。

Cons:

お部屋はきれいで整っていました！唯一困ったのがエアコンが部屋のコンパクトさに対してパワフルで、1番風を弱くしても強くて寒く感じるため、たびたび消したりつけたりしました。
