Please note that the guests who stay for at least 5 days receive a one time free cleaning service which includes the exchange of towels and bed linen. Any additional bed linen and towel exchange are available upon prior confirmation by the property and come with a surcharge of PLN 190.

The swimming pool is open all year round. The outdoor pool in the winter season serves as a swimming pool for winter swimming. It's cleaned.

Pros:

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Czystość na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Personel profesjonalny i miły. Byliśmy z niemowlakiem i polecamy wszystkim rodzinom z dziećmi.

Pros:

Resort je na krásném klidném místě, všude čisťoučké, i venku. Famózní snídaně, wellness venku i vevnitř. Ve skutečnosti je vše přesně takové, jak na fotkách. Usměvavý a vstřícný personál fantastickou atmosféru umocňuje. Velmi děkujeme za úžasný pobyt 👌.

Cudowny pobyt.
Pros:

Znakomita obsługa, uprzejmy personel, zarówno w recepcji, jak i w restauracji. Widać dbałość o czystość. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, smaczne, podane elegancko. Brawa dla szefa kuchni.

Super miejsce na wypoczynek, ale też dobre na miejsce wypadowe na wędrówki po górach.
Pros:

Super pobyt: pokój, jedzenie, udogodnienia, obsługa, serwis - wszystko na najwyższym poziomie.
Dla osobiście byłem zachwycony strefą dla najmłodszych, z piaskiem, ale też z parasolami, by dzieci miały cień.
Super też miejsce w xalosci osłonione od słońca.

Ogólnie pobyt bardzo nam się podobał, miejsce ma duży potencjał, ale warto zwrócić większą uwagę na czystość i organizac

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja – cisza, las i piękna przyroda,piękny widok .
Dużym plusem była sauna na dworze oraz jacuzzi, które pozwalały się zrelaksować+basen.

Cons:

Niestety w naszym pokoju czystość pozostawiała trochę do życzenia. Podłoga z kafelkami była klejąca, a aneks kuchenny wymagał dokładniejszego sprzątania (np. usunięcia osadu z wody i białych oraz żółtych plam również w łazience pod prysznicem ).
Śniadania oceniam na 7/10 – wybór był dość ograniczony,a duża liczba stolików ustawionych bardzo blisko siebie nie zapewniała wystarczającej prywatności.

Dodatkowym minusem było pobranie opłaty przy wymeldowaniu, o której nie zostaliśmy wcześniej poinformowani podczas rezerwacji ani zameldowania. Na recepcji usłyszeliśmy, że jest to opłata „nie dla obiektu, tylko dla burmistrza miasta”. Uważam, że takie informacje powinny być jasno przekazane gościom przed przyjazdem, aby uniknąć nieprzyjemnego zaskoczenia przy wyjeździe

Schönes Haus im Riesengebirge
Pros:

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht auf unserer Tour durch Polen hier, hier lässt es sich aber auch sehr gut länger aushalten. Das Appartement war gross und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war super und auch das Abendessen im Restaurant à la carte war sehr lecker.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja ,komfortowy pokój z widokiem na drzewa oraz wyjściem na taras , sauny baseny do dyspozycji gości, przemiły personel.Hotel bardzo czysty i zadbany. Strefa SPA , pyszne posiłki. Polecam pobyt w tym hotelu.
