Es war ein toller Urlaub. Kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, SPA-Bereich sehr schön und abwechslungsreich. Gratis Parkplätze.

Cons:

Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich. Ein paar Mitarbeiter im Service könnten sich noch besser organisieren.

Pros:

Die Betreuung im Spa war Top. Im Allgemeinen ein sehr gutes Haus.

Cons:

Die Männliche Bedienung in beiden Restaurants lässt zu wünschen übrig. Unfreundlich und nach dem Motto „läck mer am Arsch“. Die Matratze war zu Hart von der Rezeption im nach hinein als ein Grund zur Reklamation vorgebracht. Jader schriftliche Hinweis fehlt, Schade😢

Einfach zum Wohlfühlen.
Pros:

Durchweg sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Gutes Essen. Angenehme Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen wäre übertrieben, eher Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig, sehr einfach und mit Dachschräge. Daher Kopfstoßgefahr beim Zubettgehen. Das TV-Gerät hatte seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Allerdings bieten das Hotel und die traumhafte Umgebung genügend Abwechslung, so dass ich die kleinen Schwächen des Zimmers gerne in Kauf genommen habe.

Komme wieder !
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Auswahl beim Essen - man hatte die Wahl a la carte oder Buffet. Toller und sauberer Wellness Bereich. Perfekte Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel - die Bushaltestelle war direkt vor dem Haus. Darüber hinaus war bei mir das Oberstaufen Ticket im Preis enthalten- perfekt für einen Urlaub ohne Auto.

Cons:

Im Restaurant waren schlecht gemachte Kunstblumen auf dem Tisch - für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse enttäuschend.

Pros:

Wunderschöner Wellnessbereich. Tolle sehr saubere Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Sehr engagiertes Personal, top.

Cons:

Genau 41 der beworbenen gratis Parkplätze. In der Vorsaison gerade ausreichend (allerletzten bekommen), in der Hochsaison bestimmt spannend.

Dieses Resort ist absolut empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Das Breite Frühstücksangebot. Von unterschiedlichen Brot - und semmelarten über Wurst - und Käsesorten bis zu warmen Speisen. Weißwurst, Frikadellen sowie frisch und mit Extras zubereitete Rühreier.
Das Bad war sehr sauber und das Zimmer auch ordentlich. Der spa Bereich war absolut sauber und sehr erholsam. Der Außenbereich mit liegen war in der Sonne sehr schön. Sauna war auch gut.
Das Personal war freundlich und stand bei Fragen freundlich zur Seite
