Gostei da localização. Café da manhã bom. Funcionários bastante simpaticos e resolutivos. Equipe muito boa.

Cons:

São Paulo é uma cidade fria. Precisam ter cobertores mais quentes. Mesmo assim, a recepção providenciou mais cobertas para que eu não sentisse frio.

Pros:

Limpeza está muito boa. As recepcionistas são educadas e ficam 24h na portaria. Super recomendo esse hotel.

Muita simpatia, boa convivência e alegria no ajudar.
Pros:

Tratamento é excelente, fazem o possível e coisas além de suas competências, sempre com muito altruísmo, simpatia e respeito.

Cons:

Acredito que o café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, mas nada alarmante.

Localização e tamanho do quarto.

Cons:

Cheguei tarde da noite e percebi que o quarto estava sem cortinas, por sorte não havia moradores vizinhos com visão direta ao quarto, porém as luzes externas clareavam o interior, devido ao cansaço, consegui dormir rapidamente. Avisei ao recepcionista, porém não pode fazer nada, trocar de apto ou instalar a cortina.
Na saída informei a recepção sobre esta falta.
