⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience. Please Think Twice Before Booking

We were 2 adults and 2 children, and unfortunately, our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The facilities shown online and the actual facilities provided were completely different.

1. Extra bed:
The room was supposedly suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. A queen-size bed was provided, but when we requested an extra bed for the second child, they gave us a very poor-condition bed. The bedsheet had stains and a bad smell. Absolutely not acceptable.

2. Bathroom:
The bathroom was not clean at all and had a very bad smell. Even the bucket and mug were extremely slippery, dirty and unpleasant to touch. Basic hygiene standards were missing.

3. TV:
The TV was not working.

4. Ventilation:
The room had poor ventilation and was not comfortable.

5. Staff behaviour:
The staff's behaviour was rude and unprofessional throughout our interaction. There was absolutely no feeling of hospitality or customer care.

6. Breakfast — completely misleading:
Breakfast was clearly mentioned as included in the online description, but even at 8:00 AM, breakfast was not prepared. We had come to the property for an exam and had to reach by 8:30 AM, so this was extremely inconvenient.

7. Online vs actual facilities:
The facilities shown/described online do not match what is actually provided at the property. Customers should not be misled like this.

8. Checkout experience:
Checkout was at 11:00 AM. We had already informed them that we would leave by the given time, but at 11:05 AM, they called reminding us that checkout was at 11. We were already preparing to leave and eventually checked out around 11:10 AM. The way they spoke to us over just a few minutes was extremely rude and unnecessary.

9. Dinner — shocking customer service:
We reached around 10:30–11:00 PM on the night of the 29th.

Avarage from all perspectives.
Pros:

Rooms are cleans.

Staff are very good and friendly.

Location is fully residential and uber / Ola/ rapido services never comes on time.

For any emergency you have to travel 1-2 kh away.
