We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Resort Galle. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The resort has a beautiful location right by the ocean, with stunning sea views, a lovely pool area and a very relaxing atmosphere.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food.
We were travelling as a family and really appreciated the warm hospitality and the effort the team made to make our stay special. Everything was well organised, and we truly enjoyed every moment.
A special thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Radisson Blu Galle to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing stay in Galle.
The booking itself has false promises, said "Guaranteed upgrade" and also sends an email to ask what prefference if upgrade we'd like only to reach the hotel and to be told imedietly that it's impossible even when showed the email that it is ,then kept waiting for too long to check in even without information or updates about the same, went to the pool and NO-ONE gave a hint of attention, walked over to ask about towels and the attendant asked my wife to FOLOW HIM yo get towels instead of bringing them to us, no one attended us for orders untill we had to go over and ask again, honestly very very dissapointed
The reception staff were polite atleast, the house keeping staff really nice also hotel rooms were nice, facilities in general were good including the location

La comida. Mucha variedad de chorradas pero finalmente nada bueno. Y, lo peor, los precios absurdos del restaurante asiático; sinceramente somos turistas pero no idiotas.

The property is in an amazing location, with everything easily accessible. The pool was excellent, and the staff truly made my stay unforgettable. A special thanks to Punsara, Janitha, Uditha, and Adeesha, who were incredibly friendly, kind, and always willing to go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. They were constantly smiling, attentive, and great listeners. I especially appreciated being invited to the Booking.com get-together at the rooftop bar, where I had a wonderful conversation with Uditha about Galle, the hotel, and Sri Lankan culture. Their genuine hospitality made me feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this property for its outstanding service, warm hospitality, and wonderful people.
The air conditioning is locked at 23°C, and lowering it to 18°C requires technical intervention, which is far from ideal in such humid weather. The corridors near the rooms are also not air-conditioned, making the overall environment feel quite warm.
The gym is very limited and would benefit from additional equipment to make it more functional for guests.
The spa does not offer male massage therapists, which limits the available options. Additionally, the third-party taxi services arranged by the hotel are exorbitantly priced compared to other available transport options.
Had a perfect stay and we are really sad to leave this beautiful hotel and staff is amazing and Ashan is the best.
