A perfect beachside Stay
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel near the beach! 🌊 The complimentary room upgrade was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special.
The buffet was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of delicious food. The location, service, and overall experience were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! ⭐️

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, especially considering the price. This hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers and, honestly, I have no idea how it qualifies as a 5-star hotel.

The building is old and poorly maintained, with very dated rooms and an outdated design. The electricity kept cutting out, the air conditioning was extremely noisy, and the towels were in an unacceptable condition — definitely not what you would expect from a 5-star property.

For the price we paid, this was a complete waste of money and far below our expectations.

Pros:

An absolutely stunning stay at Radisson Blu Resort Galle! The staff were exceptional, the location is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the rooms were spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable.

A special thank you to Punsura for the excellent check-in and for following up with us every day to make sure everything was perfect. Ajith, the pool attendant, was also wonderful and attentive throughout our stay.
And a very special thank you to Magee at the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange a change to our reservation and assist us with a partial refund. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help were truly apprecited.
The setting is fantastic—you can even hear the ocean from the restaurant, which makes dining there especially relaxing.
Overall, a memorable stay with outstanding service, beautiful rooms, great food, and a spectacular location. Highly recommended!
