Anlage Top sauber und Kids Club super auch das Personal mega bemüht.

Personal und Organisation leider nicht gut teilweise arrogant. Beim auschecken haben wir ein Taxi am Vorabend bestellt und ein Golfwagerl zum abholen von der Villa. Wir wollten am Vorabend auschecken um in der früh ausreichend Zeit zu haben, da wir bereits um 8 Uhr am Flughafen sein wollten. Auschecken war nicht möglich Computer ausgefallen und alle sehr unfreundlich. Golfwagerl kam nicht wie bestellt. An der Rezeption Diamond wo wir ausgesetzt worden sind war keiner da und keiner wollte mit uns reden oder sich des Problems annehmen. Das Taxi kam auch nicht wie vereinbart. Wir konnten nicht auschecken und hatten Angst unseren Flug zu versäumen. Dann kam das Taxi. Im Taxi wurden der Taxifahrer falsches Taxi kein Platz für uns obwohl wir am Vortag gesagt haben wie viele Gäste wir mit wie viel Koffer wir sind. Haben es trotzdem genommen sind zu 4 hinten gesessen mit Koffer am Schoss. Der Taxifahrer wurde veranslasst uns nicht am Flughafen aussteigen zu lassen wenn wir Ihn nicht € 450 für Hotelleistungen in Bar zu geben. Ich habe gesagt ich würde alles überweisen. Nein ich musste es in Bar geben. Zum Hotel, essen meist das selbe Peronal arrogant.

The sea is particularly beautiful along this section of the coast, the themed restaurants are of an adequate standard, and the garden is well maintained.

Cons:

Overall, the standard of the hotel is acceptable; however, there are a few things worth being aware of before visiting. There are many families with children, so it is not a classic quiet or relaxing holiday environment. The majority of the guests are Russian. Reservations for the themed restaurants are limited to three times per week, so most meals are taken in the main restaurant, which can be somewhat crowded. In addition, some of the furniture in the rooms appears worn and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement.

L’hôtel est majoritairement occupé par une clientèle russe : cartes et menu en russe, et le personnel s’adresse d’abord en russe avant même l’anglais, ce qui est très désagréable.

Le service est quasiment inexistant : personne ne vient vous demander si vous souhaitez boire quelque chose ou si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Il faut aller récupérer soi-même les serviettes de plage et s’installer seul, sans aucune assistance.

Le rapport qualité/prix est nul. Le restaurant fonctionne uniquement sur réservation et affiche constamment complet ; il a fallu menacer de quitter l’hôtel pour obtenir une table, ce qui est inadmissible.

Très peu d’animations proposées. Les voiturettes circulent à toute vitesse dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel, sans considération pour la sécurité des clients.

Le buffet est médiocre, sans saveur et peu varié.

Seul point positif : le bar de la réception, qui est agréable et accueillant.
