Pros:

الموقع ممتاز سعة الغرفة وموظفين الاستقبال جيدين والطاقم بشكل عام خاصة شهد ممتازه ومحترفه ووضع ماء كبير يوميا وتنوع الاضاءة في الغرفة.
توفر مستلزمات الحمام والمغسله.

Cons:

ازعاج الشارع العام والفندق المقابل مزعج جدا وطبول الى وقت متاخر.
التلفزيون 6 قنوات فقط.
فرش السرير قديم نوعا ما.
وط الحمام قديمة جدا.

الستاف جميعهم كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين، والخدمة كانت ممتازة من أول يوم إلى آخر يوم.

وأخص بالشكر عامل تنظيف الغرف (عدي)، كان جدًا محترم وخلوق ومهتم بأدق التفاصيل. دائمًا يحرص أن تكون الغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة، ويتعامل بابتسامة واحترام. بصراحة وجود موظفين مثل عدي يخلّي تجربة الإقامة جميله

الاسعار مرتفعه جدا مقارنه بالخدمات

1- السرير مريح .
2- الموقع ممتاز .
3- تم تقديم كوكيز ضيافة في الغرفه .

Cons:

1- السعر مرتفع جدا .

2- موظفي الاستقبال بطيئين بالتعامل واغلب الوقت موظف واحد ففط وتأخير في تسجيل الدخول .

3- موظفين الاستقبال لايستجيبون للهاتف في الفتره المسائية الا بعد عدة محاولات .

4- مدخل الفندق صغير عباره عن مدخل لسياره واحده فقط و نفس المدخل ايضا للنزلاء .

5- تم طلب بطانية اضافية في الليله الاولى وتك الاعتذار لعدم التوفر ، والليله التاليه تم الطلب واحضار بطانيه مهترئة .
