Nice hotel in a good location, close to the cable car. Good breakfast. The service was very disappointing. The air conditioner in the room cooled at a level that made it hard to stay there. It could not be turned off. The receptionist came up to the room and confirmed that the cold was unreasonable, but apologized that the maintenance staff were unavailable and that there was no replacement room. It was freezing at night. The same receptionist who saw us the next morning did not ask how we were. When we told the second receptionist what had happened during the night, she said that a maintenance person would be sent later in the day and apologized that there was nothing they could do. Frustrating and disappointing.

Die Lage, das Gebäude, das Zimmer, der Wellnessbereich, der Service - alles war perfekt; Das ganze Gebäude ist top renoviert, und doch spürt man überall die Fin de Siecle-Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Restaurant. Das Abendessen war hervorragend und auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Překrásný hotel s historií. Byli jsme zde již po druhé a rádi se opět vrátíme.
Luxusní dovolená, výborné jídlo, nepřekonatelné snídaně, wellness, milý personál. Nenápadný půvab buržoazie.

El acceso al spa.Es cierto que los niños no pueden estar a partir de las 7, pero si llegas antes en nuestro segundo día había 4 niños como si estuvieran en un parque acuático.Despues de las 7 hay tanta gente que no hay ni tumbonas libres ni espacio en el jacuzzi exterior a( el interior estaba fuera de servicio) realmente pudimos usar el spa el primer día, los otros dos días había demasiada gente, y es un spa pequeño para el tamaño del hotel, deberían organizarlo de otra forma
