המים במקלחת לא התפנו לחלוטין ונשארה שכבת מים של 1-2 ס"מ, זה ממש לא נעים, ולפעמים עם קצת שאריות של סבון מהמקלחת הקודמת, זה היה גם חלק (מחליק) בכניסה למקלחון (יש לציין שאני נכה), גם מספר פעמים שביקשתי שיטופל - לא תוקן

חמור יותר זה שלאחר שחוויתי גירודים ועקיצות בחלקים בגופי שייחסתי אותם לטבע ולרגישות שלי בכללי, מצאתי ביום האחרון חרק מהלך במיטה, זה כבר היה מאוחר בלילה ביום האחרון, לא מצאתי עוד חרקים במיטה, הודעתי לצוות בעזיבה, גם הראיתי להם תמונה של החרק, לא מחזה נעים.

Niektoré miesta ponúkajú ubytovanie. Iné vytvárajú spomienky. Hotel Lomnica patrí medzi tie vzácne miesta, kde sa história, luxus, tatranská romantika a špičková gastronómia stretávajú v dokonalej harmónii. ✨ Plným právom si zaslúži 5 ✨

Cons:

V hoteli s 5✨ by som skutočne čakala širšiu posteľ a nie matrace šírky 80 cm! Kvalita spánku je potom úplne niekde inde.

ספא נחמד, מלון יפה, עיירה נחמדה.

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר דלה וצריך לשלם על מנות בארוחת בוקר (אפילו על אומלט), אין מכונת קפה בחדר, המזגן לא עבד למרות שביקשנו כמה פעמים,השירות לא היה טוב. החדר לא תאם את התמונות והוספנו עוד כסף על שדרוג החדר במקום.

Mało zróżnicoeane śniadania. Żeby wejśc do spa trzeba było przesjc przez restauracje i głowny hol. Dano nam pokój bez balkonu, mimo ze bookowaliśmy zbalkonem. Nasz pokój był zaraz nad tarasem innego pokoju ! i nad jacuzzi

A nice hotel at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Delicious meals, whether breakfast or dinner. Perfectly chosen coffee blend for the breakfast service. Attentive waiters and front desk staff. The hotel is clearly headed towards a good direction.

Cons:

5% service charge is an absolute joke. I have visited multiple high-end luxury hotels across the world and never have I ever encountered this kind of a service charge. When I asked a waiter if they ever see any money from that, they wouldn’t tell. Considering that in my mind, this should replace a tip, I was puzzled, whether I should leave additional 10% or if 5% was already covered which was even brought to my attention by the waiters.
I dare say that the cleaning ladies do not have properly set out tasks and routines. For example one day I got still water by my bedside, another day I got sparkling one. No one asked which one I prefer. The bathtub didn’t get cleaned during my stay (it still had dry bubbles in it from the previous evening). For the turndown service in the evening (only one evening out of two), I got: one letter informing me about the weather for the upcoming day and my bed was undone. I would have expected the sink area in my bathroom to be tidied up, my clothes to be lifted from the floor and either folded or put on a sofa. This was a very basic service not even worth doing. I advise to skip it if it cannot be done properly for the standards of 5*.
