Amazing hospitality and artwork
Pros:

The hotel staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful from the first contact until checkout. Great amenities, very good restaurant for dinner/breakfast, really good cakes at the cafe.
What I didn't realise when I booked the hotel was the amount of artwork they display. Everywhere you go, from the room to the hallways and game room, you can see painting after painting, most by local artists.

Cons:

We booked a room with a balcony and got one without, but it rained so it didn't make any difference.

The location is perfect! walking distance to the cable car, roller coasters, restaurants.
The hotel bar open until late. The hotel staff is kind and helpful, The spa amazing and also has a salt room.

Cons:

The hotel is worth every cent!!!

Jedenym slovom vsetko. Takto si predstavujem ubytovacie sluzby na urovni 5 hviezdiciek. Krasne preistory, kombinujuce historicky vizual neskorej habsburgskej monarchie s modernou pristavbou a komfortom 21. storocia. To vsetko podciarknute vynikajucim gastrom, ochotnym a milym personalom a prijemnym wellnessom.
