Nähe zum Hafen top, Preis-Leistung gut, ideal für eine Nacht vor oder nach der Fähre
Pros:

Direkte Lage am Hafen von Piräus an Gate E7, wo Blue Star Ferries anlegt. 24/7 Rezeption, nettes Personal. Wir suchten eine günstige Unterkunft als vierköpfige Familie in Piräus nach später Ankunft mit der Fähre für eine Nacht, wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Zimmer/Bad war sauber, Klimaanlage gut.

Cons:

Fliesen im Zimmer sollten repariert werden.

Τοποθεσία, κοντά στο λιμάνι. Καθαρό δωμάτιο. Παλαιό κτίριο, διατηρημένο. Το δωμάτιο σε καλή κατάσταση, σχετικά με το κτίριο . Το μπάνιο καθαρό. Δεν έχει ανελκυστήρα.

Wenn man Raucher ist, wäre eine Nacht okay, aber als Nichtraucher ist es wirklich eklig.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ca. 10min zu Fuss vom Hafen entfernt und es hat viele Cafés und Restaurants in dieser Gegend.

Cons:

Obwohl ich ein Raucherfreies Zimmer bei der Buchung ausgewählt habe, roch es stark nach Rauch und es lag sogar ein Aschenbecher im Zimmer bereit. Ich durfte noch ein Paar andere Zimmer anschauen, aber die rochen noch schlimmer nach Rauch. Ich verstehe nicht warum man rauchen im Hotelzimmer duldet.

Cons:

Dovendo pernottare al Pireo sia all'inizio che alla fine della vacanza, e dato il.prezzo economico e l'ottima posizione, io e mia moglie abbiamo scelto Ikaros. Ecco, la posizione è la sola nota positiva di un'esperienza decisamente difficile: le due stanze (entrambe al terzo piano) erano brutte e cadenti e, soprattutto, vi aleggiava una puzza terribile, sembrava di stare dentro un posacenere sporco. Non esagero. I bagni erano puliti ma davano una deprimente idea di abbandono, per non dire che lo spazio era talmente angusto che è stati difficile lavarsi senza infilare un piede nel water o sbattere contro il lavandino. Deludente

Pros:

The receptionist gave us the room several hours before she had to.
No signs of bedbugs or cockroaches.
AC works
Location is excellent if you are waiting for some ferry or cruise.

Cons:

No elevator.
The room is not superclean, especially the floors.
Bathroom is very run down. Cracks in porcelain, both shower and sink. Awful paint work.
Lamps are not ok, they miss parts.
Cigarette holes in bed curtains.

Pros:

Готель близько порту ,що для нас було найбільшою перевагою . На одну ніч за цю ціну може бути,на довше залишитись не змогла б .

Cons:

Готель потребує ремонту.Я не вибаглива ,але це вже занадто все " вбите"

Not good. Would never go back. Staff was nice though.

Cons:

Staff was really nice the rest...First room smelled like smoke bad bad. Requested to move was not bad smell anymore but still the bathroom had just a shower next to the toilet with no cabin, awfull bathroom. Overall old barely clean room. Sheets where clean but towels look old more gray then white.
