Great suite and staff were great.
This is a great hotel in a business park about 25 miles outside of NYC. While we only stayed for one night on our way to NYC, this would be a great place to stay with fairly quick and easy drive to NYC. It is in a business park, so it's quiet around the hotel. It was not the normal Embassy Suites, where the rooms are built around a common area that they overlook, but that wasn't a bad thing, just different.
I will say the one draw back was that I did not find the bed overly comfortable. The "fitted sheet" was not fitted and would stay stay on the bed. Room was quiet, the shower was wonderful and overall, it was a great place to stay. I'd recommend and I would stay again.
Room was clean and spacious but had no fan in the bathroom!
The breakfast wasn’t up to expectations! Nice to have an egg chef but fruit options weren’t very good, and pastries looked to be commercial vs from a bakery.

We were chased out by the staff name, Myesha. It was an awful and unpleasant. I wanna write an official complaint on the staff, Myesha. She was rude, unprofessional, and bullied us.
The room was clean and a good size. Although I didn't utilize the facilities, I applied the fact that they were available. The location was ideal. It was close to Rt 78 and 22.
Everything was good during my stay.
Hotel is clean and nice. Room was nice and clean. Do NOT expect any daily refills to your room essentials and features. I stayed for 3 nights and my coffee and additions were never refilled. When I reach out to the front desk - I get “you can come get it yourself” reply. NO THANK YOU! Diamond status with Hilton is like no Status with Hilton!

The pool was a little neglected

The breakfast buffet is great. We had free drinks on arrival. The location is good for reaching Watchung, Newark/wider New Jersey, and the City, although you will need to make transport arrangements. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped. The restaurant (Grain & Cane) and café (Starbucks) attached to the hotel made the overall package extremely good. The hotel has a gym (not used) and a pool, which was totally fine. It seems most suited to business stop-offs, but using it as a holiday hotel for visiting and events worked very well for us. It delivered all we could have hoped for. This hotel was a perfect complement to our trip.
Not much to complain about. The sofa bed in our suite had seen better days, but it was comfortable. I did not have any cause to complain to staff at the hotel.
