Madrid was acceptable but not nearly as nice as Barcelona, Zaragoza or Bilbao!!!
Pros:

Location in old town was great. Restaurants great

Cons:

Shuttle didn’t show and had to take a taxi. Traffic is miserable. Madrid airport is confusing and signage is very poor.

Clean rooms, good location and u derground carpark

Cons:

Staff where terrible. Charged me £20 for an early check in which I wasn't aware of.
Receptionist ( man) extremely rude, unprofessional and would not listen to anything.
If I was to stay in madrid id stay elsewhere. Shame but the manager completely ruined my stay with his attitude

Really enjoyed our stay at La Latina. Perfectly located for exploring Madrid and a very nice hotel

Perfect location for exploring Madrid. Great selection of very good restaurants very close to the hotel. Staff were very helpful. Room was perfect with cooking facilities, coffee machine, fridge etc.

We would stay here again. The location was fabulous and the staff helpful and friendly.
Pros:

The location in La Latina is superb. It near the heart of a vibrant part of the city and walking distance to many attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When we had a small problem with a noisy air conditioner they upgraded us without hesitation.

Cons:

The access to reception is up a few stairs, which is a little annoying, but manageable. And the tea towel was not up to much. Everything else was pretty good though.

Aanrader, erg fijn verblijf.
Pros:

Leuk hotel met schone kamers en super vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Zeer goede douche en lekker bed. 12 minuten lopen naar het centrum en ook zit je dichtbij metro en bushaltes.
