Все понравилось это отличный вариант для отдыха особенно персонал который приветливы и очень дружелюбный .вызвали такси бесплатно. Я полюбила смену который меня принимала на 23/5 2026 жаль что я забыла имена но я скажу все кто работали в этот день были супер профессиональные люди и очень благодарна им за этот приём.

Amazing Experience
Pros:

Miami A loft was amazing. We were upset about our weather delay which caused us to have to get a night on Mothers Day. Andre went out of his way to make us feel special. Highest customer service experience we’ve had. Turned our misfortunes into an enjoyable stay. Thank you so much Andre and A loft!!!

Old rooms with exposed ceilings. Not like any other Aloft we have stayed in. Also the location was poor. The description said high floors with good views…parking lot

THE PRICESIN YOUR LOBBY ARE OUTRAGEOUS! NEXT TIME I WILL STAY AT A KNOW HOTEL CHAIN THAT INCLUDES BREAKFAST. SORRY THAT WE CHOSE YOUR PLACE.

Cons:

NO POOL, VERY EXPENSIVE NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED. HAD TO PAY TO PARK A VEHICLE. JUST OVER ALL NOT IMPRESSED FOR THE COST.

Estadia en Miami
Pros:

Tuve una experiencia excelente en Miami y este hotel realmente superó mis expectativas. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier consulta o recomendación. El check-in fue rápido y todo el proceso resultó muy cómodo, algo que se agradece mucho después de un viaje largo.

La habitación estaba impecable, muy bien decorada y con una vista hermosa. La cama era extremadamente cómoda y todo se sentía limpio y cuidado hasta en los pequeños detalles. También me sorprendió lo silencioso que era el ambiente por las noches, lo que permitió descansar perfectamente. El baño era amplio, moderno y siempre estaba perfectamente abastecido.

La ubicación del hotel es otro punto fuerte. Está cerca de muchísimos lugares para comer, hacer compras y disfrutar de la ciudad, pero al mismo tiempo mantiene un ambiente tranquilo y relajante. Las áreas comunes también estaban muy bien mantenidas y daban una sensación de lujo y comodidad constante.

El desayuno fue excelente, con mucha variedad y productos frescos. Además, las instalaciones como la piscina y los espacios para relajarse estaban siempre impecables. Realmente se nota cuando un hotel se preocupa por brindar una experiencia completa y de calidad.

Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite Miami, ya sea por vacaciones o trabajo. Es de esos lugares donde uno se siente cómodo desde el primer momento y donde todo funciona tal como uno espera, o incluso mejor.

Cons:

Sinceramente intenté encontrar algo negativo para mencionar sobre este hotel en Miami, pero después de toda mi estadía me resulta bastante difícil. Normalmente siempre hay algún detalle para mejorar, ya sea la limpieza, el ruido, la atención o la ubicación, pero en este caso todo estuvo realmente muy bien organizado y cuidado.

Desde el primer día el personal fue amable, profesional y muy atento. Cada vez que necesitábamos algo respondían rápidamente y siempre con buena disposición. La habitación estaba impecable todos los días, la cama era comodísima y las instalaciones se mantenían en perfecto estado. Incluso los espacios comunes, que muchas veces suelen descuidarse en hoteles grandes, estaban siempre limpios y agradables.

La ubicación también fue excelente porque permitía moverse fácilmente por la ciudad y tener restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones cerca. Además, el ambiente general del hotel era tranquilo y relajante, ideal tanto para descansar como para disfrutar de unos días en Miami.

Si realmente tuviera que “criticar” algo, diría que el tiempo pasó demasiado rápido y me hubiese gustado quedarme más días. Pero fuera de eso, honestamente no encontré ningún aspecto negativo importante para mencionar. Fue una experiencia muy positiva de principio a fin y definitivamente volvería sin dudarlo.

Would use the property again. Thanks to the staff.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. They immediately asked if I had additional travel needs and arranged for my transport to the airport the next morning. Our room was large with high ceilings and very comfortable beds. After being out of the country for a week before, it was the most comfortable bed we had for a while. Food was next door and across the street. We could see the airport, so it was very convenient. Further, we were able to have a drink with other travelers in the lobby over some games.

Cons:

Nothing. Suggest changing the black out curtains soon but no problems or challenges.
