Full-sized coffee pot. Wine glasses and real coffee mugs provided in room. Nice to have choice of continental breakfast delivered to room at chosen time.

We loved the location and the room, plus the view and proximity to the beach. The bed was very comfo

They made our pets feel welcome and also provided us a basket to protect the room from our dogs. The breakfast was delivered to our room.

Cons:

More quantity for breakfast. What was provided was great quality, but we went to the grocery store to supplement it so as not to finish hungry.

Awesome stay!
Pros:

Awesome location and the room was excellent! So roomy and great and very comfortable furniture! The view was great and parking was private! The nearby restaurant, Kyllos, was a very short walk and had a great view! The delivered breakfast was specially ordered and delivered right on time. Excellent way to start the day!

Pros:

We really enjoyed the view and the balcony. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ask if your room had previously been rented to guest with pets.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable

Cons:

The fact that we were given a room that was pet friendly without the staffs knowledge of us having a pet.. If I hadn't had a pet I would have been upset given a room where pets had stayed. Speaking for guest that don't have pets this is not responsible business. Also, to much air freshener is being used on these rooms, caused breathing issues and a sore throat.

Pros:

We absolutely love coming here. My favorite part is the cleanliness (very top notch) and the comfortable beds. The staff are very welcoming and we always feel at home.

Cons:

Parking can be challenging fitting into the tiny spaces with a larger vehicle.

It’s always the best place to stay in Lincoln city beach access and the rooms are fantastic with balconies

The view, it was very clean and pet friendly

Cons:

I love the sound of the ocean when sleeping and leaving the door open. It was extremely noisy every morning with deliveries to the restaurant, recycling, etc. Hard to sleep.

We would definitely stay here again. Best spot in Lincoln City for walking distance to the beach and to Devils Lake!
Pros:

Loved the balcony view of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach made spontaneous visits a breeze!
