Very nice property the view was great. Easy access to the beach and restaurant right next door.
Parking was slightly difficult if you had large vehicle.

We like the location to our favorite spot in Lincoln City. We love that it's right above kylo's and easy walking distance to the beach. We love how comfortable the beds are and how clean it is.
What we didn't like was the fact that we booked with booking.com. we normally book direct through the shearwater website. We made the mistake of not checking who we were booking through. We always get the same room 5003 every time we come. We've been there at least six times. However, we booked the same room but then a week later they called and said that they messed up and they overbooked. They said that they can see that we stayed there lots of times and would upgrade us to a one bedroom king suite. Then they called a week later and said that there was a maintenance issue and they had to rebook us to a one bedroom between suite. Just got our curiosity up since they already told us that they overbooked. When we arrived we were treated very poorly by gentleman at the front desk. He gave us our room keys and we noticed we were on the third floor. We always get the top floor. We went down and asked him if he could have any room on the top floor and he said he only had one room left. Throughout our stay I would often look up at our room number 5003 I noticed that nobody had stayed there for two nights that we were there. The patio furniture wasn't moved there were no lights on at night and the blinds had not moved as well. We have come to conclusion that if you book through booking.com they will bump you to a less expensive room so they can sell the more expensive ones. We will not make the mistake by booking through a third party we will go directly through shearwater

I would have liked a few more choices on breakfast and maybe some milk to go with it.
Our shower head had hardly any water pressure at all.The jacuzzi tub , however , was very nice.

We were right on the beach! We had an ocean view on the 3 floor and it was spectacular to listen to the waves crashing while we fell asleep. The staff was super friendly and accommodating! Our freezer wasn’t cold enough for our ice cream so we asked the front desk if they had a freezer we could store it in and they accepted it until we were ready to eat!
Be aware this hotel is located right next to one of the best restaurants in Lincoln city so it can be busy with loud deliveries mid morning and customers in the evening if you’re worried about the atmosphere.

The area was perfect, close to restaurants and the beach. The hotel was updated and very clean. We loved how dog friendly it was. The welcome basket for our dog and the treats for breakfast. Very friendly staff. We will be back again for sure.
