The staff that I met were amazing.
Pros:

The bed, pillows and room temperature.

Cons:

The carton water, I was a little parched so gave in to the mini bar for water and it tasted like plastic and cardboard

Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Many many baby cockroaches through out my room. Not bad enough to complain to staff. But at least 5 every night/morning
