Pros:

The position is perfect just out from Egnatia highway. The staff is very gently. The first morning I made a mistake about the breakfast time and went there out of time . Nevertheless, the lady prepared a fast breakfast for me and my family even if not required.

Cons:

I went there twice. The first time the room was a bit better then the second (more electrical socket, maybe even a boiler for tea not present in the second room)

Realmente o hotel muito silencioso os quartos !!

Cons:

Não gostei do atendimento sempre sem recepcionista entra quem quiser não me senti seguro principalmente que me hospedei com meus filhos e um teve que ficar sozinho em um quarto!!! Para mim que sempre viajo esse hotel não se enquadra em um hotel 4 estrelas funcionários não são preparado para um hotel ao nível que eles vendi as estadias !!! Também para fora do hotel com muito cheiro de bosta de gatos 🐈‍⬛!!

Pros:

Άνετο δωμάτιο, ευάερο, όμορφη θέα στην πισίνα και τα βουνά. Πολύ καλό κρεβατι, άνετο και βολικό στρώμα. Υπήρχε βραστήρας με τσάι και καφέ και πολλές άλλες παροχές. Οι κοπέλες στην εξυπηρέτηση πολύ βοηθητικές.

Cons:

Το πρωινό ηταν φτωχο χαμηλοτερο της υψηλης ποιοτητας του ξενοδοχειου. Θα μπορούσε να εμπλουτιστεί με φρεσκα φρούτα εποχής (ροδακινα, καρπουζι) και τοπικα τυριά (τα Ιωάννινα φημιζονται για τυρια τους).

Nice hotel a bit far out of town
Pros:

Modern large and comfortable room and bed with kettle (I slept very well), helpful staff, good breakfast choice, eggs cooked to order.

Cons:

My fault didn't check location so far from centre of town and no buses. Although staff were helpful booking me taxis it added substantially to cost of the stay. Is nice hotel but better if you have own transport.
