Pros:

Ci è piaciuta la persona alla reception, gentile anche se non ci ha fornito le credenziali per wifi direttamente con la chiave, che 'prima di darcela ha dovuto accomodare con il nastro adesivo...

Cons:

Hotel senza ascensore, al momento della prenotazione non era ben chiaro, lo davo per scontato...Bagno troppo piccolo, scomodissimo, dimensioni da camper o forse anche meno, interruttore per la luce del bagno in camera in posizione non immediatamente trovabile. Non c'era un secondo cuscino, Non c'era acqua nel frigo, in Grecia l'ho sempre trovata. Non c'è rampa all'ingresso, soltanto scalini. Tutto molto scadent. Il sapone al lavabo e alla doccia sembrava avesse le muffe.

Good value for money
Pros:

Perfect location, close to the city centre but also very silent at night. If you have a car you will easily find a spot on the street.
The AC worked very well and they clean the room and change the bedsheets and pillowcase every day.

Cons:

The room looks a bit outdated and the shower was very small, but everything worked properly.
We made the mistake to leave the window open and we had troubles sleeping because of the mosquitoes, but that’s not the hotel’s fault! Just be advised to not leave your windows open :)

Ottima scelta per un trasferimento
Pros:

Siamo tornati 2 volte in questo hotel perché è un'ottima soluzione per una tappa di trasferimento, a pochi minuti a piedi dal capolinea dei bus per l'aeroporto e relativamente vicino al molo per i traghetti.
È anche a pochi minuti a piedi dalle imbarcazioni che offrono i tour giornalieri alle isole.
A neanche 5 minuti a piedi c'è un ristorante piteria economico che ci è stato gentilmente indicato dalla signora alla reception e che era ancora aperto nonostante fosse tardi.
Il personale è gentilissimo e sorridente, la colazione a buffet ha una buona scelta di salato e di dolce.
Le camere dove abbiamo alloggiato avevano un terrazzino con tavolino e sedie (credo lo abbiano tutte) e ovviamente il frigorifero, c'era anche il condizionatore, che a noi non interessa.
La reception è sempre aperta
La zona è vicina al centro ma molto tranquilla
Non ho dato 10 solo per l'assenza di aacensore

Cons:

L'unica cosa da tenere presente è che manca l'ascensore, e per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema, specie con bagagli pesanti.
La camera dove siamo stati aveva una doccia molto piccola, una persona corpulenta potrebbe avere difficoltà a tenerla chiusa

Three nights in Kos Town
Pros:

A reasonably priced budget hotel within walking distance of the port.
Fine for a three night stay at the end of a fortnight's island hopping.
Helpful staff

Cons:

We were allocated a room at the front of the hotel which does tend to suffer from loud traffic noise.

Einfaches, sauberes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Für ein Zwei-Sterne-Hotel absolut empfehlenswert. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Frühstück gut und auf der Terrasse findet man auch morgens ein angenehm schattiges Plätzchen. Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders positiv ist uns das sehr aufmerksame, freundliche und angenehme Personal aufgefallen. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Duschkabine zu klein.

Pros:

Konumu çok iyi, merkeze yürüyerek 10 dakika. Resepsiyondaki herkes çok ilgili ve kat görevlileri çok güler yüzlü.

Cons:

Banyosu çok küçük ve gece birileri duş aldığında oldukça gürültülü garip bir ses oluyordu.

Next to the centre and the bus station
Pros:

I had to spend two nights in Kos to reach the Dodecanese island I wanted to visit. I needed accommodation near the airport bus station in Kos and was looking for an affordable yet comfortable option. This hotel met all my needs.
The hotel is located on Venizelou Street, about a 10-minute walk from the bus station. Kos town center is the same distance away, and the nearest beaches are not far off.
The room was clean; the furniture, while not the most modern, was functional. The air conditioning works.
Breakfast was good.
The staff is very friendly 24/7.
A good choice!

Cons:

The second time, we had a room facing the street, and it was a bit noisy.
