Très déçu
Pros:

Beau et bon breakfast en buffet.
Bon literie.
Belle chambre

Cons:

Accueil déplorable par une jeune fille incompétente, désagréable et hautaine.
Désabusés, nous n'avons pas bu le proseco offert négligemment.
Climatisation non fonctionnelle et on nous demande d'attendre le soir.
A notre ferme refus, on nous a changé de chambre.
Si nous avions eu la possibilité de nous faire rembourser, nous serions partis.
C'est un beau 3 étoiles mais sûrement pas 4 étoiles.
Aucun service et conseil de visite
Emplacement moyen car tout au Sud de la ville touristique.

Amazing hotel in a very lovely city.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and informative. Hotel itself was clean and regularly serviced. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are spacious and aircon was much needed. Thank you

Cons:

Only critic was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but Ive had much worse.

Very good City Trip Hotel in the Old Town off Bukarest
Pros:

Its very central in the old town of Bukarest. Very clean and modern room, good breakfast

Cons:

We had a room with a big window in the room so if you dont want see your Partner sitting on the Toilett you have to sit around the corner. There was a big bathtub with some curtains to shower but its not very comfortable to shower there. You have to Close the curtains to the Lobby because everybody can see into your room.
