Pros:

It rained entire weekend and didnt get to use pool or set at beach. But not hotel fault

A gem hotel next to the beach
Pros:

Very close to the beach, free beach chairs and beach towels. The staff was amazing, very nice and cheerful. Delicious breakfast, happy hour with wine and cookies at night.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

An Excellent Place to stay in RB, DE
Pros:

Great staff, great location, very clean - zero complaints. Very nice breakfast option. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Booked late (about 3 days in advance), But was just a little disappointed that the price went up about $50 in a few hours from when I first checked it. I don't doubt that it is a great value for the particular location. It's a minor quibble, really, when you consider all the positives.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Das Hotel gibt sich sehr viel Mühe alles schön zu gestalten. Der Frühstücksraum ist top, die angebotenen Speisen unterscheiden sich deutlich von anderen Motels (Frühstücksboritos, belegte Croissants....). Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem nett, besonders Fiona, sie hat uns so nett empfangen, dass war wirklich sehr herzlich. Die Lage ist schön, da man vom Balkon aus das Meer seitlich sehen kann, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar 👍

Cons:

Der Krach vor dem Hotel. Früh morgens werden die umliegenden Restaurants beliefert es beginnt um ca. 6.30 Uhr. Das liegt natürlich nicht am Hotel! Einfach Oropax mitbringen und gut ist 😉hjn

A fantastic find - 1/2 block from the beach, free parking, free snacks, all smiles and cheerfulness!
Pros:

Devinna and Robert were the best staff we have ever had. And we have traveled extensively nationally and internationally. I could eat Devinna's home made breakfast burritos everyday. And they both would not just meet our needs, they would jump to accommodate us. If we needed milk, or decaf coffee, or came to the free wine and cheese or free chocolate chip cookies too early, or had questions about parking, the pool, the beach chairs - anything--- they would hop to get us whatever we asked for. They were beyond accommodating; they went out of their way to please and take care of us and answer all of our questions. They made the vacation one of the best we ever had. Carefree, easy, and just Pure joy!

Cons:

We had tried to get a king size bed. We had a queen instead. My husband is 6 ft 3 and his feet kind of stuck out of the bottom.

Love this hotel, you won’t find a friendlier staff or a cleaner room!
Pros:

Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming! Cheese and Wine at 6 pm, Delicious chocolate chip cookies at 8 pm. Getting to mingle with other guests.
