A wonderful experience staying at this beautiful hotel, a taste of luxury.
Pros:

Beautiful, comfortable room with lovely beds, storage space, and outdoor sitting area. Well maintained pool which is nice & cool and shady most of the day, surrounded by the most amazing tropical plants and gentle music playing. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They can help to organise activities if you need it. Good restaurant with great food available. We really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend it.

Molto bello!
Pros:

Finalmente dopo tante guest house sporche, una stanza di hotel pulita. Abbiamo anche cenato qui: soddisfatti. Location molto bella, immersa nel verde, curato e rigoglioso.

Heerlijk hotel!
Pros:

Wederom een heel fijn hotel in Sri Lanka waar het personeel voor je klaarstaat. Het ontbijt was heerlijk maar ook op het avondeten is niets aan te merken. Heerlijk zwembad om af te koelen. Nette kamers en badkamer. Wij hadden een kamer op de beganegrond met een zitje wat super fijn was.

Estaba limpio y muy cuidado. La piscina estupenda.

Cons:

Tuvimos 3 cortes de luz en 4 horas y una ocurrió a las 11 y no había nadie ya pendiente en recepción para ver qué pasaba. Muy mala gestión. También la cena fue muy escasa. Un plato de espaguetti raquítico y cuando nos quejamos se lo llevaron a la cocina y nos trajeron lo mismo.

We loved our stay at Hotel Heladiv. The lush greenery and gardens, fantastic pool, great food and spacious rooms made this an ideal base to explore Anuradhapura. Staff were also fantastic.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec un beau jardin et une belle piscine. Notre chambre pour 4 était spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel était charmant et arrangeant.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Le camere sono dotate di tutti i comfort e sono ampie

La posizione in una area piuttosto fatiscente.

Siamo rimasti molto sorpresi perché abbiamo viaggiato in tutto il mondo (solo qui in Sri Lanka 5 alberghi diversi) ed è la prima volta che, al momento di saldare il conto, rispetto al prezzo di Booking ci è stata chiesta una commissione aggiuntiva del 2% perché stavamo pagando con carta di credito.

Hôtel convivial, adapté aux familles et belles prestations
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est situé à 15 minutes en tuk tuk des sites historiques. Toute l’équipe a été formidable et a été aux petits soins. La chambre est confortable et adaptée aux familles. La cuisine était savoureuse ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe (et à notre chauffeur/guide de tuk tuk recommandé par l’établissement).

Geweldig lief personeel, lekker eten, schone en ruime kamers en een prachtig zwembad. Via de receptie een tuktuk met guide (Sawa) geregeld, dat was top! Kortom, Top plek!

Een bijzondere ervaring waar je nog lang met een blij gevoel naar terugkijkt
Pros:

Bij aankomst werden we al ontzettend enthousiast ontvangen en het enthousiasme is het hele verblijf gebleven. Oprechte en lieve mensen! Een heerlijk zwembad waar je tot rust kan komen. Het hotel heeft de beste contacten om een tour door Anuradhapura te maken, die er echt een bijzondere ervaring van maken. Het eten is ook echt heerlijk, probeer zeker de prawn curry. We komen hier een volgende keer zéker weer naar terug.

Cons:

De bedden waren wat aan de harde kant, maar dat is op meer plekken in Sri Lanka.
