Overall a good stay
Pros:

Great location for visiting Sydney, Easy to access when travelling from the north by car. Metro Station 5 minute walk for easy access to city centre or Macquarie shopping centre.

Cons:

Unfortunately on the morning we were leaving we had no hot water and this was not rectified by the time we had to depart.

Pros:

The 2 bed apartments were good for families.

Cons:

It was a little hard to see it from a main busy road. Had to go around the block twice. The lift broke down which wasn’t good and the hot water took a long time to come through.

Close to my work but will not book it next time
Pros:

Napalese man on night duty on Monday night has not attended me very well. He was rude same time I professional with his work also did not tell me which floor am on just handed my room card and moved on

Hmmm! Could do better
Pros:

Stop splitting beds to 2 singles then using double bed sheets - unsafe!! Blankets were dirty!! & covered in long black hairs!! Clean balcony furniture - filthy!! General cleanliness was ok.

Great for sporting group
Pros:

Always use Quest apartments for our sporting teams as they are clean, large, comfy, friendly and good cooking facilities, and underground car park. First time for team at Quest Macquarie park and it was great
