Great location and comfortable stay
Pros:

The location is easy access to the ferry terminal to Rottnest Island and also nearby attractions. Very comfortable hotel. We would love to come back again to stay here.

Cons:

The sound proof needs to be improve as we could hear the flushing of toilets clearly. Can be quite disturbing at night.

Another great stay at the Quest Freo
Pros:

Westayed in Freo to see some bands and eat out. Bobby, Talulah and NIghtingale were so helpful with our book in and stay, like always. The consistent great customised service is the reason we always stay there when in town

Pros:

Customer Service was outstanding. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Quiet inside with minimal outside noise. We were on the ground floor so occasionally the street was noisy but not a big deal. The facilities of the room was more than what we needed.

Cons:

Not much really. If I had to complain it would be the bed wasnt perfect and longer extension cord for the bedside charging port would have been useful. We made it work but it was tough! It may be comparative as the previous place we stayed at was definitely average so staying here was great!

Cons:

Free Parking onsite is not available. Nearest parking is at Victoria quay about 10 mins walk across the hotel.
