Pros:

The location is strategic, connected to a mall and walking distance to most eateries. The room is comfortable enough to wind down after a long day. We ordered room service and the foods were good and big portion! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again when we're in town. The staff were also friendly and so helpful.

Cons:

Limited parking for the visitors. Probably because we went back late at night and the space was full.

Pros:

location is good. Breakfast is ok. TV , Wifi, air-conditioning is not working properly. Bathroom is not too clean. There should be a door in the shower area, but to improveinstead there is a glass door in the toilet area, don't see the point! As there is a sliding door to the bathroom/toilet. When water going into the drains, both shower and the wash hand basin, there is very loud noise. Could hear the next door noise as well.
