Excellent hotel close to Taiping Lake.
Pros:

Love the hotel venue, very next to a Mall and food outlets. Walking distance to Taiping Lakes, which is one of the best natural lakes in Malaysia.

Cons:

Would be great if there is an EV charger at the hotel. Parking is rather cumbersome, having to drive up several floors to the car park. Besides that, all good.

Room facing the amazing lake garden. So green!

Cons:

The breakfast area was quite packed. It could be because it was a busy time with many guests, so nothing much to complain about as it shows the hotel has good business.

However, I believe the breakfast area is a bit too small to cater for that number of guests. The hotel should consider having an alternate breakfast location, or at least inform guests during check-in about the expected number of people staying at the hotel and the busy breakfast hours. This would help guests plan their breakfast time better and avoid the crowd.

That said, the food was good, and I have no complaints about the quality.ve

Pros:

Location of the property was good and close to shops.

Cons:

It was quite rundown and not well maintained.
Hot showers came and went whilst you were showering.

Saya book bilik 2 person, tapi tuala hanya disediakan satu sahaja, mintak pada staff, saya call kata nak hantar, tak hantar2, saya minta di kaunter reception kata nak hantar ke bilik, tak sampai2 smpi ke sudah, adakah saya perlu berkongsi tuala?😅last2 pakai tuala kecik je malas nak gaduh2

Cons:

It is not clean - hair on ground and bathroom. The sink is grimy and dirty at the sides. Carpets dont seem to be vacuumed.

The floor has stains which i wiped . The bathroom door had food on the handle. There should be more emphasis on the cleanliness.

Like the location, near to Taiping lake as I love jogging around the lake.

The shower room has water stay on the floor as the leveling is not done properly.
