Like the location, near to Taiping lake as I love jogging around the lake.

Cons:

The shower room has water stay on the floor as the leveling is not done properly.

Cons:

I would like to suggest one small improvement regarding the complimentary drinking water. Since Taiping is well known as the home of Spritzer mineral water, it would be a nice local touch if the hotel could consider providing Spritzer mineral water instead.

As for breakfast, everything was delicious and satisfying. However, one small suggestion would be to change the chocolate cereal to the original Nestlé Koko Krunch, as it may offer a better taste and quality for guests.

Overall a pleasant stay. It’s connected next to Taiping mall and it’s adjacent to a number of nice restaurants

Pros:

The location is strategic, connected to a mall and walking distance to most eateries. The room is comfortable enough to wind down after a long day. We ordered room service and the foods were good and big portion! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again when we're in town. The staff were also friendly and so helpful.

Cons:

Limited parking for the visitors. Probably because we went back late at night and the space was full.
