Inmejorable ubicación, personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar, confort acorde a rango de precio.
Pros:

Agostina en el check in fue sensacional. Le pedimos un cambio de habitación y lo hizo sin problemas y rapidísimo. Llegamos antes de las 15 horas e igual nuestra habitación estaba lista y nos la entregaron.
Todo el personal es muy amable.
La ubicación es INMEJORABLE. Al lado de Güerrín, frente al teatro Metropolitano, en la vereda del teatro Apolo. A pasos del Obelisco y del teatro Colón. Hay de todo: farmacias, restaurantes, confiterías, tiendas de ropa, cafeterías, kioscos, librerías, giftshops. Es la mejor ubicación de Buenos Aires si vas a conocer la ciudad ya que todo te queda cerca caminando.
Algo que nos llamó poderosamente la atención es que es un hotel muy silencioso pese a estar sobre una calle tan importan te y animada como Corrientes. No se escuchaba nada y eso que nuestra habitación tenía ventanas sobre Corrientes. Eso fue genial.
La cama muy cómoda y la calefacción 10 puntos en todo el hotel y en la habitación, porque hacía mucho frío los días que estuvimos.
El desayuno súper rico y completo. Todo muy fresco.

Cons:

La cisterna del baño tenía una falla y no funcionaba bien. Era algo menor pero molesto.
Para mí faltaba una jarra de agua caliente como en cualquier hotel del planeta incluso los de categoría promedio y alguna cosita como saquitos de té y sobres de café.
Creo que no estaría mal un frigobar aunque sea para poder tener agua fresca en la habitación.
También faltaban toallas. Sólo pusieron dos y faltaba aunque sea una de rostro.

Ideal para concurrir de noche a los teatros y de día muy cerca del transporte público.
Pros:

Destaco la ubicación del hotel; muy cerca de los teatros, del obelisco,del Palacio Barolo.
Con buen acceso a los medios de transporte, metro, buses y bus turístico.
Personal muy amable y cordial.

Cons:

Hubiese sido conveniente tener toallas pequeñas y las grandes de mejor calidad.

Agua del dispenser, deben arreglarlo o ver qué sucede, no hay ni caliente ni fría. El precio ésta vez muy salado.
