Erfüllt seinen Zweck für einen Kurzaufenthalt, jedoch nicht zu empfehlen für eine schöne Urlaubsreise

Sauber, gute Verkehrsanbindung

Cons:

Extrem simple Ausstattung, sehr lieblos gestaltet. Müffeliger Geruch in den Gängen. Fenster im Zimmer konnte nicht geöffnet werden, was unangenehm sein kann. Weit weg vom Zentrum, ca. 25 min mit ÖPNV. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es kaum etwas.

Just to sleep if you are on your own.
Pros:

location close to public transport is a plus

Cons:

I did expect the room to be better equipped and if not having a double bed to at least have the possibility to put the two single beds near each other.

Bahnhof direkt in der Nähe

Cons:

Die kleinen Zimmer. Es gab nur einen kleinen Mülleimer im Badezimmer. Es fehlte uns auch ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer oder einen Tisch um Sachen abzulegen

De bedden sliepen goed.

Cons:

Iedereen spreekt engels heel vervelend als je gewoon in nederland bent.
De zaal met activiteiten voor de kinderen was allemaal uit.
Inchecken duurde veelste lang.
Ontbijt viel tegen weinig variatie.

Big disappointment, sad how customer service is not a priority for the hotel.
Pros:

Tram stop is close to the hotel, so it is easy to move example in to the central. There is a self-service shop in the lobby which was ok.

Cons:

The behavior of the hotel staff was outrageous. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist did not welcome us, did not even say hello. The check-in situation was uncomfortable, and we did not feel welcome. The outrageous behavior and attitude of the staff was the same every time we had to interact with them. During the check-out situation, the staff did not ask how our trip was or wish us a good trip. There was no cleaning. After the first night, the cleaner came to the door at 4:50 pm, gave us towels and a new garbage bag. The hotel breakfast was poor, only bread and yogurt, and the dining tables and dishes were dirty. In addition, the walls of the hotel room were dirty. Before booking the hotel, the reviews suggested that the hotel and its services are good and the customer service is friendly. A big disappointment that the reality was something else. The price-quality ratio did not match and I do not recommend the hotel.
