A disorganised hotel which needs sorting out.
Pros:

Our room, the bathroom and bed were great. Bed was comfortable. Location was ok and the view lovely.

Cons:

Breakfast was a battle to get a coffee from a proper machine, fried egg took ages to cook. The breakfast room was on a floor not served by the lift so we had to get a member of staff to unlock the floor in the lift as my husband uses a wheelchair. Ridiculous system and we were not warned at check in. The swimming pool was very warm and small, the sauna nowhere near hot enough. The shower in the wellbeing area was in a toilet, smelled horrible and was unpleasant. There was nowhere to get any water to drink unless you already had a bottle. The whole hotel is just not well organised. It needs really sorting out. For the price, the same we’ve paid at the intercontinental at the O2 bears no comparison to that hotel in any aspect. A bathrobe is not complimentary… I could go on!

Pretty views and good location
Pros:

Nice river view. we enjoyed the heated swimming pool and sauna. Close proximity to lots of restaurants.

Cons:

We had a few small niggles, like the sink didn't drain properly so we had to ask for that to be fixed. Also, the hand-held shower kept stopping because of the lack of water pressure so we had to keep lifting the cog up to make it stick.

Pros:

Amazing views (if you pay for higher level rooms and the river facing side). Fantastic bar on the top floor. Quite central location in Canary Wharf and well connected.

Cons:

Nothing crucial, but slow lifts. Swimming pool/area was not great.

Great stay in a great location
Pros:

The location was great to Canary Wharf and boisdale club where we were going
We loved the bar at the top which had great views
I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat there during our stay
The room was very modern and the bed was comfortable
I would definitely stay there again if I was in that area
