Would 100% stay again
Pros:

Staff were excellent in helping us with every query. However, I would like to give Kristina a big thanks - we left something in the room after checkout and she went above and beyond to help us retrieve the item.

Cons:

Terrible service, broken AC, and complete disregard for guests!
I highly do not recommend this hotel.
Our stay was completely ruined. We specifically booked an upgraded room on the 34th floor, expecting a comfortable experience. Instead, the air conditioning did not work at all, and the temperature in the room was over 30+ degrees! We contacted the reception multiple times regarding this issue, but absolutely nothing was done.
To make matters worse, we
accidentally left a pair of earrings in the room. The staff assured us that the manager would call us back to resolve the issue, but no one ever did.
Terrible customer service and zero respect for guests. Avoid this place!

Pleasant, good views, nice pool and sauna, good breakfast buffet and friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel was generally good, but there was a problem with air conditioning throughout and the fan in our room to keep it cool made it difficult to sleep. G
The room needed a mirror in it, and more than two teabags.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The lack of aircon and mirror in the room, as you can't use a mirror if someone is in the bathroom

Great stay, would book again without hesitation!
Pros:

The view was amazing, staff very friendly. Facilities and location great.

Cons:

The A/C could have worked better, was very stuffy in the room. Also there were stains on the carpet and curtains.
