Overall a great experience and would definitely come again.
Pros:

Lovely helpful staff from beginning to end and very accommodating. Allowed me early check-in at no extra cost and late check out instead of 12 it was 3 for a small fee.
Very comfortable bed. Mostly clean room. And a lovely hotel to look at throughout. Amazing view

Cons:

Multiple stains on carpet in room, stains on the curtains and the walls :(

Cons:

Our hotel room smelled like sewage, even with the bathroom door closed the smell was so unpleasant both my partner and I were gagging. The room in general is nice, just unfortunate about the stench.

Great location. Not cheap but it’s London so not bad overall.
Pros:

Location is great. Short term walk to Canary Wharf Tube and Docklands Railway. Buses too. We ate at Bokan on the 37th floor. Great view and great food. Nice coffee shop on the ground floor.

Cons:

The bathroom doors are a bit awkward. Double doors opening outwards. Very minor issue.
