Disappointing. Too hot and the issues raised weren’t fixed.
Pros:

The building was nice and clean and the staff were friendly to speak to

Cons:

The air con didn’t work, we raised it 4 times and then they put a fan outside the door but didn’t tell us so we only found it in the morning.
The spa was not as described. It’s a pool with one lounger.

Delightful
Pros:

Comfy bed, Prosecco to celebrate our anniversary and great pool and coffee!

Cons:

The water had a weird tang and smell in the bathroom. There was a lot of building work happening in the area.

Bel endroit, confortable , idéal pour un séjour sur Londres!
Pros:

Le personnel est aux petits soins pour vous, très aimable et sympathique, le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, le cadre ( la vue de Londres depuis la salle restaurant / le bar), l’emplacement (10 minutes de marche depuis le métro ou la DLR), les équipements (salle de sport, piscine, sauna )…

Cons:

Déçu par la vue depuis notre chambre qui donnait non pas sur la ville (comme annoncé lors de la réservation via booking ) mais sur un immeuble en construction!

Excellent staff very poor hotel
Pros:

Excellent staff who were all so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is very tired. Our room did not look like it had been cleaned properly. There was what looked like the top of a sun cream bottle left on the chair. What appeared to be beads from a broken necklace on the floor.
The shower temperature was difficult to regulate and sprayed water into the bathroom.
The changing facilities in the gym pool area were very very dirty and there is only 1 shower in a disabled facility toilet which was too dirty to use.
The breakfast is £ 25 which is extortionate and then to charge upwards of £14 supplement for eggs Benedict is downright criminal.
We did go to the bar but were unable to pay the cost of a small glass of wine so did not stay.
The area in Canary Wharf is a love it or hate it in my opinion. I really did not like it and the area around the hotel is a building site and there is rubbish everywhere.
This is not a 4 star hotel. I have stayed in many Novotels across the UK this is by far the worst . Very very disappointing.

The hotel was stylish, clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. All staff were pleasan.efficientt and helpful .

Cons:

The only downside was the fire alarm activation at 4am when I had to be evacuated outside. However the staff were excellent and very helpful.
