Quase pé na areia.
Pros:

Localização e o ótimo atendimento da funcionária do café da manhã.

Cons:

O corredor muito estreito, cerca de um metro, no andar onde estão os apartamentos 401 a 414.
Mobiliário antigo e o apartamento necessita de uma reforma. Não tem apoio próximo à pia do banheiro para colocar os itens de higiene.
