Buena ubicación y decoración
Pros:

La decoración es muy bonita, y la iluminación es armoniosa, la azotea tiene bonita vista al atardecer. Su ubicación es perfecta. Si quieres ir y estar cerca de todo este hotel es increíblemente ideal.

Gracias por el desayuno de mi último día (room service), lo especial que fueron esa mañana dejó una bonita experiencia.

Aunque algunas inconsistencias se dieron, no castigaré el puntaje porque parte del personal sí fue muy amable y el room service mejoró mucho mi opinión.

Cons:

Recepción: A nuestra llegada tarde noche del 17 de julio la persona que nos atendió me generó algo de estrés al indagarnos por los sellos de nuestros pasaportes, me sentí peor que en migración, lo peor es que el recepcionista o encargado que nos atendió no había visto bien donde estaba el sello de ingreso al País y tuve que señalárselo, y eso que el que necesita lentes para ver soy yo. Muy mal recibimiento y nos generó inseguridad el lugar por esa actitud recibida, digo qué clase de gente reciben ellos allí que se ponen en esos planes.

Restaurante: El desayuno en el restaurante dos de las tres veces que fuimos era realmente un desayuno pobre, pan y frutas y algo de jugos. Habían recipientes vacíos sin productos o alimentos.

Mantenimiento y limpieza. El baño tiene un cordón de guindar ropa mojada. Ese cordón está asquerosamente sucio como con hongos (cambien eso). Y la cortina de la ventana estaba sucia o manchada. Era una odisea tener jabón allí, recipientes casi vacíos siempre. Y el mueble del ropero tenía una gaveta dañada. La ventana de madera no cerraba bien las persianas de madera y tuvimos que poner una toalla ya que daba a las escaleras donde pasa todo el mundo y las cortinas son casi transparente (poca privacidad).

Mi experiencia en Casa Di Luca fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el primer momento, el servicio fue impecable: todo el equipo se distingue por su amabilidad, profesionalismo y atención a cada detalle.

Las instalaciones son bellísimas, elegantes y de primera clase, creando un ambiente acogedor y sofisticado. El desayuno es completísimo, con una excelente variedad y una calidad que supera las expectativas.

Sin duda, Casa Di Luca dejó una impresión inolvidable en mí. Lo recomiendo al 100% para quienes buscan una experiencia de lujo, comodidad y un servicio extraordinario. ¡Volveré muy pronto!

Oasis in a heart of Old Town
Pros:

This place is the embodiment of Boutique Hotel perfection. Behind an unassuming door hides a garden, two swimming pools, rooftop bar with stellar views. The attention to detail, the design, you can spend hours admiring it all. My wife fell in love with the little house dress they give you instead of the robes. The reception desk is available 24/7, and it is easy to contact via WhatsApp, if needed. There's access to cold water throughout the day, which was much appreciated in the heat.
Location is unbeatable, walkable to everything you possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved. It starts at 7 a.m., yet even at 7.45 a.m.it is still being set up, which is very inconvenient if you are pressed for time. Options are also very limited and it is unclear whether you can ask for an omelette or scrambled eggs; you kinda have to guess. The man in charge of breakfast is very unfriendly. I would say everyone at the hotel was very nice, except for him. We tried our best to connect and make friends with him, but were met with stony indifference and even annoyance.
The hotel is on a busy street, so it can get noisy. We had a room on the ground floor, facing the street, and you could hear everything. My guess, if you get lucky and your room is higher up and facing the garden, it would be much more peaceful

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage im historischen Zentrum von Cartagena ist einfach perfekt – alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, zahlreiche hervorragende Restaurants und tolle Shoppingmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Getsemaní ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

Ein absolutes Highlight sind die beiden wunderschönen Pools auf der Dachterrasse. Das Rooftop mit seinem traumhaften Blick über Cartagena lädt zum Entspannen ein, und an der Bar werden leckere Cocktails serviert – der perfekte Ort, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns begeistert: ein reichhaltiges Buffet mit großer Auswahl und sehr guter Qualität.

Insgesamt stimmt hier einfach alles. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut fair und wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un séjour luxueux au coeur du centre historique
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait au cœur du centre historique. La chambre est spacieuse, joliment décorée et bien équipée. Les services proposés sont très bien : salle de sport, spa, deux piscines en rooftop (très agréable et la vue est superbe!) et un bar. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est bon.

En pleno centro, aunque no se nota por la tranquilidad. Personal muy atento y amable, sobretodo en recepción y cocina. Todo el hotel esta muy limpio, habitaciones amplias. Desayuno correcto (puedes pedir al cocinero que prepare al momento).

Increíble lugar en la mejor ubicación

El diseño y el concepto es increíble y único. La gente tiene una excelente actitud.

Cons:

Realmente no hay algo que esté mal, pero donde se puede mejorar es en ampliar un poco el desayuno en cuanto q opciones. Creo que a veces preguntar al hacer check in sobre gustos o preferencias ayuda a tener todo más a los gustos

Gorgeous and romantic place. The chef made excellent breads! And food... Fantastic attention. Very relaxed ambiance. And private.
