Pros:

Hôtel près du métro, c'est tout.

Cons:

Pas hyper propre. Le sol collant, les housses de coussins qui n'inspirent pas confiance. J'ai trouvé 2 cannettes de bières usagées sous le lavabo. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer car il y a deux fenêtres en face de la mienne. N'importe qui peut accéder a ma fenêtre. Pas de volets. Quand je prend ma douche les fenêtres en face sont face à la douche, et le rideau de la fenêtre ne cache pas la douche. Une vraie gymnastique pour se laver. Couloir très serré. Portes de chambres toutes très près les unes des autres. Je n'ai pas dormi tranquille.

Hotel abordable dans quartier prisé
Pros:

Rapport qualité prix imbattable sur Paris.
Vu le prix raisonnable de la chambre il ne faut pas d'attendre à du grand luxe.
Le lit est très simple, la chambre est vieillotte mais très bien pour une nuit sur Paris.
Proche du métro Voltaire ligne 9 dans un quartier dynamique.

j'ai rien aimé , même ses draps ça sentait les Noisy sûr.

Cons:

sa santé la moisissures le rideau qui se fermer pas bien côté salle de bain. l'entrée de l'hôtel c'était trop sale et il n'y avait pas de ventilateur j'ai mal dormi. franchement je la recommande pas.

Don’t recommend, not even for 1 night.
Pros:

The hotel is nicely located

Cons:

No towels in the room, the toilet wasn’t clean (shit stains), very uncomfortable mattress, a horrible toilet and cigarette smell in the hallway, took a very quick shower and there was water everywhere on the ground (shower door doesn’t close properly), very narrow stair case (had a big 20kg suitcase), and the list goes on. Most uncomfortable stay ever.

Trop cher pour ce que c’est.

Cons:

Trop de bruits extérieurs. On entend les clients du bar d’en bas discuter toute la nuit. C’est pas du tout insonorisé on entend les voisins. Le matelas est mou.

It haf easy access to the city

Cons:

The room wasn't what was advertised in the pictures. There was a clear direct view of the street from the bathroom with the chance that people on the street could see you via the large window. The room was not ready by the 1400 check in time

The staff were friendly

Cons:

It was more like a room with a very small bathroom and a bed wuth a bad madras with like a hole in the middle. And the stairs were so narrow and high up to the second floor. It doesn't wirth the money I paid.
