期待外れです。
Pros:

客室からの景色が良かったです。
函館空港に近く朝がゆっくり出来ました。

Cons:

男性の露天風呂の温度が低く温まらなかった。
啄木亭さんに函館山夜景のタクシーを前日に20時半に予約をしましたが、タクシー会社に予約確認して改めて電話連絡をしますとの内容でしたが、電話連絡をいただけなかったので当方から改めて啄木亭さんに電話を入れたら予約出来ていることになっていますとの返事でした。
宿泊当日、20時半にロビーでタクシーを待っていましたが時間になっても来ないためホテルの方に聞きましたが
何の返事もなく、しばらくすると男性が現れてタクシー予約されていますか？と聞きに来られ20時半に予約していますと答えるとその男性が曖昧な予約になっていて申し訳ありません。
確認が取れましたのでどうぞと車内に案内していただきました。が、その男性が運転席に座られたのでその時タクシーの乗務員の方と分かりました。
タクシーを待っている時に啄木亭さんの方に聞いていましたので、その男性はてっきり啄木亭さんの他の方と思っていました。
啄木亭さんからは、結局何の対応も無かったのが残念です。
せっかくの観光なので嫌な気分で行きたく無いと思っていましたが乗務員の方が凄く良い方でしたので嫌な気分になることなく楽しく観光することができました。
タクシーの予約の段階から、当日夜のタクシー待ち時間の対応含め啄木亭さんが責任をもって当方に対応するべきだと思います。

ちょっと不満
Pros:

ロケーションがよかった。得に空港が見えた

Cons:

食事夕食がもの足りなかった。ステーキやローストビーフやお寿司やお刺身の種類がほしかった
朝も数が少なかった、目玉焼きやパンの種類がほしかった全般に食事が満足できなかったガッカリした
部屋も冷房の効きが悪いし、足が悪いので トイレにいくのに段差がきつかった

食事に飲み放題があったのがよかった

Cons:

食事の時間があらかじめ設定されてて早い時間だったこと。受付の際にこの時間でいいか聞いて欲しかった。またわ設定時間以外でも大丈夫なこととか

温泉旅館らしさを味った。
Pros:

食事のバイキングは北海道名物を海鮮からジンギスカンまで満遍なくたべられた。写真通り露天風呂も良かった。庭が美しく、卓球もあり、ザ旅館を味わえた。

Cons:

夕食の時間が指定されていて自分で選べなかったところ。

楽しみにしていたのに…。

日本庭園。

Cons:

貸切風呂がの排水口が詰まっていた。前に利用した方の髪の毛が逆流してきて、楽しみにしていただけにがっかりしました。コロナ前より寂れました…。

両親の希望した宿だったのでまぁ良しとする

お部屋までの廊下は素敵だった
入口の狭さ襖や障子の傷みが気になった
