Pros:

It was an ok stay for an overnight on the island.

Cons:

In the description, it does show parking but no where do they mention that they charge patrons $15 just to park. I understand that there is limited parking on the island but if you are paying for a room you should be allowed to park in the parking lot. Just one more example of how SPI is money grabbing from everyone they can.
