I’ve been staying here since the Hotel opened in 2017. Every visit has been exceptional. The reception and entire staff have mastered the art of hospitality. They take care of me every time I visit. The view on the rooftop is still the best in the city of Salvador. Highly recommend for future travel. Deluxe room category on the side of Rua Chile is preferred on the 7th and 8th floor.
Restaurante e café da manhã fraquíssimos e com preços elevados. Não vale o que cobram.
The lobby and restaurant were fine. Guest rooms, however, are disappointing. Many are damp, dark, and smell of bathroom deodorizer. Perhaps rooms on the uppermost floors have a view of the bay, but most face the city or are directly in view of shabby buildings. Beware of the bar billing you at the end for items you paid for; keep your receipts.
Conforto e cortesia dos funcionários. O cuidado de todo time foi espetacular.
Ao reservar aqui, não existia opção sem café da manhã e a reserva foi feita sem onde tive que desembolsar mais R$ 350,00. Olhei as tarifas inclusive do dia e estavam no mesmo valor contemplando o café. Foi constrangedor e decepcionante esse quesito. Tenho os prints das tarifas nas referidas datas e nenhuma opção contemplava não ter o café.

Beautiful building which has been well renovated, rooms are spacious, staff are extremely helpful
Unfortunately the windows didn’t open which meant you couldn’t get fresh air in your room, however you did have air conditioning.
O quarto, desta fez, era mais amplo, muito confortável.

O serviço, o atendimento, a localização e a vista do terraço são perfeitos.
Mesmo tendo reservado uma suite maior, bem confortável e com uma boa vista (suite 711) , não foi me comunicado que o buffet do café da manhã não estava incluído na diária. Jantei 2 dias no restaurante do hotel e considerei os preços compatíveis, mas o valor cobrado à parte pelo desjejum me pareceu desproporcional.
