O Fera fica numa localização especial e tem a piscina mais linda da cidade. Os funcionários são sempre muito cordiais e dispostos a tornar a estadia plena. Os mimos de boas vindas no quarto e as lavandas para a hora de dormir são cuidados que fazem a diferença. Os chuveiros dos apartamentos do 6 andar são maravilhosos. O atendimento de recepção é impecável.
Já me hospedo no Fera há anos, mas atualmente o valor que é cobrado pelas diárias não acompanha a evolução do hotel. Os quartos precisam de troca de enxoval e um cuidado maior na arrumação das camas, sobretudo. Toalhas e lençõis não são padrão de um hotel que cobra 2k a diária, bem diferente do que vemos mundo afora. As amenities dos banheiros foram reduzidas a nada. O preço do menu do rooftop está inflacionado, e as opções muito simplórias se comparadas com o que era oferecido pelo antigo chef. Exploram pouco a gastronomia regional e os ingredientes sazonais para drinks e petiscos. Só há um chuveiro no rooftop com uma pressão de água que goteja, o que é inadmissível. A academia também não foi modernizada. Por fim, antigamente serviam um excelente café da Chapada Diamantina, que fica na Bahia, o que honra o local, e hoje adotaram uma marca qualquer. São detalhes que fazem a diferença. O serviço de quarto precisa ser ajustado, pedidos simples demoram, sobretudo nos horários noturnos.

Lo primero que llama la atención es su estilo art déco, muy elegante y refinado. Es un hotel con personalidad, algo que valoro especialmente. A eso se suma un equipo realmente amable: todo el personal fue muy educado, atento y profesional durante toda la estadía.
El rooftop merece una mención aparte. Más allá del buen servicio, la verdadera experiencia del rooftop es la vista. Es simplemente espectacular y vale la pena subir incluso solo para disfrutar del paisaje. Fue, sin dudas, uno de los puntos más altos de la estadía.
Cenamos con mi mujer en el restaurante Arento. La comida fue muy buena, aunque hubo dos detalles que creo que deberían corregir. En la carta figuraba un Cabernet Sauvignon cosecha 2020, pero el vino servido era 2023. Considero que, en esos casos, deberían ofrecer la añada anunciada o ajustar el precio. Además, el filet mignon llegó cortado en rodajas, una presentación que, en mi opinión, no es la más adecuada para un corte de esa calidad.
Fera Palace stood as one of the country’s most compelling examples of heritage hospitality, an Art Deco landmark that had quietly shaped the city’s architectural identity since its inauguration. Amazing breakfast, fantastic staff. Rising in the heart of the historic centre, the building remained instantly recognisable for its distinctive triangular form and sculptural façade. The top floor with its gym and spectacular pool is WONDERFUL ! It’s simply the best in Savaldor!

De tudo quartos, serviço, decoração quarto e banheiro (detalhe para a cerâmica do banheiro e piso parquet.
Hotel lindo, piscina rooftop lindo. Localização perfeito no coração do centro histórico.
Só não gostei do meu travesseiro, mas talvez seja problema meu..

Quarto amplo e café da manhã maravilhoso
The location, central to everything.
Overall, the property was good and we had a pleasant stay. We experienced a blocked toilet on one occasion, but it was attended to very quickly, which we appreciated.
Some members of staff were exceptional. There was a lovely Black lady with a curly afro who was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful throughout. We were also assisted by two gentlemen with our luggage, both of whom were courteous and kind.The men at the hotel entrance were also lovely.
One area that could be improved is the welcome from some of the front desk staff. The lady who is often positioned by the entrance would usually look at us as we came in and out but rarely acknowledged us with a greeting or smile, which made the welcome feel less personal than expected. The staff member responsible for arranging experiences also came across as somewhat passive-aggressive during our interaction.
Breakfast could also benefit from some improvements. When I ordered an omelette, I was instead served fried eggs topped with ham and onions.
Unfortunately, we were also unable to eat the Eggs Benedict we ordered. However, the well-fried eggs we had the following morning were much better, and the hot chocolate was excellent. I would also like to compliment the restaurant team, who were attentive, friendly and provided very good service throughout.
