Pros:

Bien precio, buena atención, también ofrecen servicio de comida, tienen microondas para calentar si tu llenas tu comida. Super céntrico.

Cons:

Comparando calidad vs precio la verdad no encuentro que pudo no haberme gustado.
Pero para decirte algo sería la iluminación.. Podría ser mejor,

Air con was working. The only grace.

Cons:

Disgusting place. Towels were yellow and torn. Bed had plastic over mattress. Sheet had hairs on. Floor was dirty, specially the corners. Honestly I have no idea how some people stayed more than one night. My room was on the second floor, unless other rooms are better. I am used to cheap one night places but this was the worst place I ever stayed. Area at night seems dodgy, sex workers nearby. The reviews made me think it would be fine. Avoid!
